Our investment did not require preliminary plans or major planning. The complete logical and adequate direction of the development of our current machine park is the purchase of a hydraulic sheet scissor. Nouva Maper has HT701 control unit with NC numerical display. The controller is equipped with motorised rear stop control, withdrawal, stroke counter and up to 99 program slots. Reference point is not necessary, the controller always remembers the last position. Its basic accessories are full-time and full cutting counter. Through our investment, our relevant positions on the market are further strengthened, although we are already working on almost every point in the country. We are constantly developing and strengthening, since we have been able to increase our turnover every year since our foundation, while many competitors have already fallen from us. Beruházásunk előzetes terveket, komolyabb tervezést nem igényelt. Jelenlegi gépparkunk fejlesztésének teljesen logikus és adekvát iránya egy hidraulikus lemezolló beszerzése. Természetesen gazdaságossági számításokat, előzetes igényfelmérést és vevőinknél piackutatást végeztünk, hogy mire lenne a leginkább igény, illetőleg mi az, ami ma leginkább szűk keresztmetszetét jelenti kapacitásainknak a vállalkozásunkban. Az így elkészült beruházási terv alapján kértünk be a lemezollóra három darab árajánlatot és választottuk ki ezek közül a legkedvezőbbet. A remélhetőleg pozitív elbírálást, majd a szerződéskötést követően fogjuk megrendelni a gépet. A berendezés helye biztosított jelenlegi telephelyünkön. A Dener DMMH NC 3100/16 mm típusú lemezolló vágóhossza 3.120 mm, vágókapacitása 16 mm, vágószöge 2,5 fok, ütéssebessége 12 ütés/perc, míg motorteljesítménye 30 kW. Nouva Maper HT701 vezérlőegységgel rendelkezik NC numerikus kijelzővel. A vezérlő rendelkezik motoros hátsó ütköző vezérléssel, visszavonással, löket számlálóval és akár 99 programhellyel. Referencia pont nem is szükséges, a vezérlő mindig emlékszik az utolsó pozícióra. Alaptartozéka a teljes munkaidő és teljes vágás számláló. Beruházásunk révén releváns, piacon elfoglalt pozícióink tovább erősödnek, noha már ma is az ország szinte minden pontjára dolgozunk. Folyamatosan fejlődünk, erősödünk, hiszen megalakulásunk óta minden évben növelni tudtuk árbevételünket, miközben sok versenytárs elhullott már mellőlünk.
