The aim of our project is to increase our current production capacity, along with the modernisation of our production processes. In recent years, the use of acid-resistant products in different industries has become more and more space and there is a growing demand for such products in both domestic and external markets. Since its development, our company has been specialised in the production of carbon steel products, but seeing the development of the market in recent years, it has continuously developed its production activity in the production of acid-resistant products (mainly tanks). Today we produce products from both raw materials, carbon steel and acid-resistant steel. With the expected increase of our ordering stock, it was necessary to increase the production capacity of these two product groups. At our site in Kunhegyes, the buildings needed for our manufacturing activities are available, and we are developing our activities for years, therefore it is not necessary to obtain special permits for the installation of new devices. When planning our investment needs, we kept in mind the conditions of quality product production. It is important that the production process of carbon steel and acid-resistant tanks is physically separated as well as in the use of devices. This, of course, entails high investment needs, but this is the only way to produce high-quality products on a permanent basis with tight deadlines. Due to the nature of our investment, we can mention the competition of potential suppliers and contractors as preparatory activities. Cost-effective project implementation is important for our company, so we assessed the market price in advance for each asset and activity and took the most advantageous one into account when compiling our budget. The devices to be procured are related to each unit developed during the production process (manufacturing, manufacturing, painting/blasting, assembly). All the devices comply with today’s EU standards, the technical parameters of the equipment are detailed in the enclosed quotations. (English) | |||||||||||||||

Projektünk célja a jelenlegi gyártási kapacitásunk növelése, gyártási folyamataink korszerűsítésével egyetemben. Az elmúlt években egyre nagyobb teret hódit a saválló termékek alkalmazása a különböző iparágakban és egyre nagyobb igény mutatkozik az ilyen jellegű termékeink iránt úgy a hazai-, mint a külpiacokon egyaránt. Vállalkozásunk az alakulása óta többnyire szénacélból készült termékek gyártására szakosodott, viszont látva a piac alakulását az elmúlt években folyamatosan fejlesztette gyártási tevékenységét a saválló termékek (főleg tartályok) előállítása terén. Mára mindkét alapanyagból, szénacélból és saválló acélból gyártunk termékeket. A megrendelési állományunk várható növekedésével kalkulálva szükségessé vált e két termékcsoport termelési kapacitásának bővítése. Kunhegyesi telephelyünkön a gyártó tevékenységünkhöz szükséges épületek rendelkezésre állnak, és a már évek óta folytatott tevékenységünket fejlesztjük, ezért az új eszközök telepítéséhez külön engedélyek beszerzése nem szükségeltetik. Beruházási igényünk megtervezésekor a minőségi termékgyártás feltételeit tartottuk szem előtt. Fontos, hogy a szénacél és a saválló tartályok gyártási folyamata elkülönüljön úgy fizikailag, mint az eszközhasználat terén. Ez természetesen magas beruházási igénnyel jár, de csak így lehet szűk határidők betartása mellett tartósan, magas minőségű termékeket gyártani. Beruházásunk jellegéből adódóan előkészítési tevékenységként a potenciális szállítók, kivitelezők megversenyeztetését említhetjük meg. Vállalkozásunk számára fontos a költséghatékony projektmegvalósítás, ezért minden egyes eszköz és tevékenység kapcsán előzetesen felmértük a piaci árat és a legkedvezőbbet vettük figyelembe a költségvetésünk összeállításánál. A beszerezni kívánt eszközök a gyártási folyamat során kialakított egységek mindegyikéhez kapcsolódnak (gyártás-előkészítés, gyártás, festés/szemcseszórás, szerelvényezés). Az eszközök mindegyike megfelel a mai uniós előírásoknak, a berendezések műszaki paramétereit a csatolt árajánlatok részletesen tartalmazzák. (Hungarian)
