In connection with the developments, our production activity will expand, with which we can not only complement the production capacities of our injection moulding plant with the introduction of new products, but we can also expand the company’s profile and portfolio. The introduction of new rollers will give us an additional opportunity for industrial work, we will be able to produce new finished products of our own. We will be able to carry out all stages of the manufacture of furniture irons independently and will not have to subcontract any part of the production. It can reassure our customers, put us in a more secure competitive position. It will be easier to hold forward deliveries, we will not be exposed to subcontractors’ delivery morale. 10 tools would take its role in 1 type of product, this is roller production. I intend to manufacture the new thermoplastic tread rollers in 5 different sizes (roller diameter: 25, 35, 37, 50 and 55 mm), in which case each dimension has 2 injection tools. After all, the finished rollers can be made in 2 steps with one tool to produce the plastic carrier (called shaft) part, while the other tool is used to spray the thermoplastic coating that serves as a tread on the part of the substrate already completed in the first phase. The operations will take place in one or more Arburg injection moulding machines already in place in the company, in such a way that the high-value precision injection tools to be procured will be incorporated into this machine and the work within the machine will be done by the tools, all of which, of course, under nc control. All the tools are manufactured in a compatible way for the existing machine, so we can do the various series by replacing the tools. These heavy and hard-to-replace tools have to produce thousands of products at the same time, precisely because of the heavier replacement, so that periods of loss caused by tool changes are not too hindering. By acquiring the tools, the raw material machining becomes higher, we will be able to offer our products at a lower price than our competitors, by making the production our own. The acquisition of assets can create additional jobs and create additional capacity. The increased production of roller production pulls the metal processing department with it, there will be a need for more beds and other furniture fittings with rollers. At the same time, the production volume of the metal axis of the roller will also increase and the production volume of the so-called stationary or rotating metal forks needed to convert the rollers into wheels will also double. Let’s not even talk about the capacity increase in the riveting department. Our development within the framework of this tender generates additional added-value growth through the production of finished products. A fejlesztések kapcsán a gyártási tevékenységünk fog bővülni, mellyel nem csak a fröccsöntő üzemrészünk termelési kapacitásait tudjuk kiegészíteni az új termékek bevezetésével, hanem a vállalkozás profilját, portfólióját is tovább tudjuk bővíteni. Az új görgők bevezetése további lehetőséget ad az ipari bérmunkára, új saját késztermékeket leszünk képesek előállítani. A bútorvasalat gyártás valamennyi fázisát képesek leszünk önállóan végezni a gyártás egyik részét sem kell majd alvállalkozók számára kiadni. Ez a vevőinket tudja megnyugtatni, biztosabb verseny pozícióba helyez majd minket. Könnyebb lesz a határidős szállítások tartása, nem leszünk kitéve az alvállalkozók beszállítási moráljának. A 10 darab szerszám 1 féle terméktípusban venné ki a szerepét, ez a görgőgyártás. Az új thermoplasztikus futófelületű görgőket 5 féle méretben kívánom majd gyártani (görgő átmérő: 25, 35, 37, 50 és 55 mm), mely esetben minden egyes mérethez 2db fröccsszerszám tartozik. Hiszen a kész görgőket 2 lépésben lehet elkészíteni az egyik szerszámmal a műanyag hordozó (tengelynek nevezzük) részt tudjuk legyártani, míg a másik szerszámmal a már az első fázisban elkészült hordozó tengely részre ráfröccsöljük a futófelületként szolgáló thermoplasztikus bevonatot. A műveletek egy vagy több a vállalkozásban már meglévő Arburg márkájú fröccsöntő gépben zajlanak majd, oly módon, hogy a beszerezni kívánt nagyértékű precíziós fröccsszerszámok ebbe a gépbe bekerülnek és a gépen belül a munkát a szerszámok végzik, mindezt természetesen nc vezérlés mellett. A szerszámok mindegyike kompatibilis módon kerül legyártásra a meglévő géphez, így a különféle szériákat a szerszámok cserélésével tudjuk elvégezni. Ezeknek a nagy tömegű és nehezen cserélhető szerszámoknak egyszerre több ezer darab terméket kell legyártania, éppen a nehezebb csere miatt, hogy a szerszámcserék okozta kiesési idők ne legyenek túlságosan hátráltató tényezők. Az eszközök beszerzésével az alapanyag megmunkálás magasabb szintűvé válik, képesek leszünk termékeinket kedvezőbb áron kínálni mint a versenytársaink, azáltal hogy a gyártás saját lesz. Az eszközök beszerzése további munkahelyeket teremthetnek és többlet kapacitást hoznak létre. A megnövekedett görgőgyártási termelés magával húzza a fémfeldolgozási részleget, több ágyvasalatra és más görgővel szerelt bútorvasalatre lesz igény. Ugyanakkor növekedni fog a görgő fém tengelyének gyártási mennyisége is valamint a görgők kerékké való alakításához szükséges úgynevezett álló vagy forgó fém villák gyártási volumene is megduplázódik. Hogy a szegecselési részleg kapacitásnövekedéséről már ne is beszéljünk. Jelen pályázat keretén belüli fejlesztésünk a késztermékek gyártásával további hozzáadott-érték növekedést generál. A thermoplasztikus futófelületű görgőkkel, mint új elemekkel bővül vállalkozásom profilja, ezzel teremtve új munkahelyet. (Hungarian)
