The aim of the development is to process metal materials used in the design of LED light sources with its own internal source laser cutter and market appearance with LED light source systems that also include metal parts as a complete system. These include, for example, the use of metallic materials belonging to the light source as a metal spreader, the design and sizeisation of metal bulbs, the production of LED display products that display a metal structure advertising graphics, and the machining of the metal holder of LED light sources by Keramix Hungary Kft. It can be seen that using metal materials opens up a wide range of opportunities for our company and we can continue to carry out the work done with external subcontractors — so on the one hand we move forward in the production value chain, but we can also significantly increase our specific profit on 1-1 product sold. Taking into account the above reasons, the PE 2513 laser cutter to be procured under the project is a necessary step for the product development of Keramix Lighting products put on the market by Keramix Hungary, taking into account its performance and knowledge and the ability to produce LED light sources. As a direct effect of the project, the share of non-simple LED light sources sold in relation to the total volume is expected to increase by about 40 % and the revenues from LED light source sales are also expected to increase by 20 % year after year in the next 3 years. On average 10 % of the unit production costs are carved by the use of the machine instead of an external order. The machine was selected after careful inspection, offering the best combination of the selected machine in the 3 matrix of technical knowledge- LED light source production and cost saving. Easy to use, but designed in computer-controlled CAD software. Keramix Hungary Kft. During the development of the LED product portfolio, there is an experimental development phase for the development of a special LED light source system — Smart Solar Tube. After the completion of this prototype, the machine that is the subject of this project will also help the company during serial production. (English)

    A fejlesztés célja a LED fényforrások kialakításánál használt fém anyagok továbbiakban saját belső erőforrású lézervágóval való megmunkálása valamint olyan LED fényforrás-rendszerekkel történő piaci megjelenés, amely komplett rendszerként fémalkatrészeket is tartalmaz. Ilyen lehet például a fényforráshoz tartozó fémanyagok fémterítőként történő használata, fémbúrák kialakítása-méretre szabása, fémszerkezetű reklámgrafikát megjelenítő LED megjelenítő termékek gyártása, LED fényforrások fémfoglalatának Keramix Hungary Kft. által történő megmunkálása. Látható, hogy a fémanyagok használatával a lehetőségek tárháza nyílik meg cégünk számára valamint az eddig külső alvállalkozóval elvégzett munkát továbbiakban magunk tudjuk elvégezni - így egyrészről termelési értékláncban előre lépünk, de emellett jelentősen tudjuk növelni a fajlagos hasznunkat 1-1 eladott terméken. Fenti indokok figyelembevételével a projekt keretében beszerezni kívánt PE 2513-as lézervágó, mint teljesítményét, tudását, s a LED fényforrások gyártására alkalmas mivoltát figyelembevéve a Keramix Hungary által piacra vitt Keramix Lighting termékek termékfejlesztése szempontjából szükséges lépés. A projekt közvetlen hatására az eladott nem egyszerű LED fényforrások aránya az összvolumenhez képest, mintegy 40%-kal nő várhatóan, valamint a LED fényforrás eladásból esztimált bevételek is várhatóan évről évre 20%-kal nőni fog az elkövetkezendő 3 évben. A fajlagos előállítási költségeken nagyságrendileg átlagosan 10%-t farag a gép használata, külső megbízás helyett. A gép gondos utánajárás után került kiválasztásra a kiválaszott gép, a műszaki tudás- LED fényforrásgyártás és költségtakarékosság 3-as mátrixában a legjobb kombinációját kínálja cégünk számára. Könnyen használható, de számítógép vezérelt CAD szoftverben megtervezett elemek legyártására alkalmas. A Keramix Hungary Kft. LED termékportfoliója kialakítása során kísérleti fejlesztési fázisban van egy különleges LED-fényforrás rendszer - Smart Solar Tube - kifejlesztése vonatkozásában. Ennek a prototípusnak elkészülte után jelen projekt tárgyát képező gép a sorozatgyártás során is segítséget jelent a cégnek. (Hungarian)
