The nature of our project is justified only in the case of real estate expansion, with preliminary plans and more significant planning. Although the extension is not subject to a permit, we have all the building documentation prepared. Of course, we carried out a preliminary assessment of the needs and market research of our customers with regard to the assets. The most important part of the project is the purchase of the edge bending machine (5 axes, 60 tons, 2 m bending length, CNC control) with which we can manufacture the metal parts needed for the production of projects in-house. Besides, we can supply plate parts to other machine manufacturers and multinational companies, as the plate bending capacity is very low in our field of activity. The sheet cutting machine is essential for making softer aluminium sheets and plastic boards for bending and manufacturing. The other elements of the project are linked to the two instruments. The uninterrupted Poweredge server has 64 GB ram, 4 TB redundant storage and is suitable for 10-50 clients. This provides the CNC-controlled edge bending IT and programmability background, and is suitable for serving the increased number of computer clients, as well as storing and serving highly valuable and important production documentation with high data security. The 3 packaging machines are connected to sheet production and profile production, with their help (900 mm internal diameter, double-fracture film, electrically controlled) we can pack the plates and profiles not by hand, but by machine, which takes a fraction of the time required by hand packaging and also of better quality. Part of the handling activity is the new forklift, which has a load capacity of 1.5 t, 48V and 4.5 m lifting height with triplex column design. In addition to the outdated forklift, we buy a modern, high-lifted forklift, which allows us to store sheet and profile materials efficiently on high racks, thereby increasing our storage capacity. Gallery-office development: (75+ 75nm, upper floor fully built on office comfort, with industrial staircase, soundproof design) currently we do not have free office space and manufacturing premises. We would solve this with a gallery to be built within the hall, in which an office place, a manufacturing workshop and a social space will be created for the number of people to be developed. Increasing material handling, IT, office and workshop capacity is essential in order to efficiently serve the edge bending business in order to plan the return time of the high-value CNC edge bending machine as short as possible. After the introduction of the edge bending machine and service equipment, we plan a production capacity of at least 10-20 %, based on previous years’ market research experience. In addition, a 20-30 % reduction in the cost of production is expected, from which we will develop service personnel and improve competitiveness. Projektünk jellege csak az ingatlan bővítés esetében indokolt előzetes terveket, jelentősebb tervezést. Bár a bővítés nem engedély köteles, minden építési dokumentációt elkészíttettünk. Az eszközök tekintetében természetesen előzetesen igényfelmérést, piackutatást végeztünk vevőinknél. A projekt legfontosabb része az élhajlítógép beszerzése, (5 tengely, 60 tonna, 2m hajlítási hossz, CNC vezérlés) mellyel házon belül tudjuk legyártani a projektek legyártásához szükséges fémalkatrészeket. emellett más gépgyártó és multinacionális cégnek is tudunk lemezalkatrészeket beszállítani, hiszen a lemezhajlítási kapacitás nagyon alacsony a tevékenységi területünkön. A lapszabász gép hajlításokhoz, illetve szükséges gyártásokhoz puhább alumínium lemezek és műanyag táblák méretre vágása céljából elengedhetetlen. A két eszközhöz kapcsolódnak a projekt egyéb elemei. A szünetmentes üzemű Poweredge szerver, 64GB rammal, 4 TB redundáns tárhellyel rendelkezik és 10-50 kliens kiszolgálására alkalmas. Ez biztosítja a CNC vezérlésű élhajlító informatikai, programozhatósági hátterét, valamint alkalmas a megnövekedett számítógép kliens szám kiszolgálására, illetve a rendkívül értékes és fontos gyártási dokumentációk nagy adatbiztonságú tárolására, kiszolgálására. A 3 csomagológép a lemezgyártáshoz és a profilgyártáshoz kapcsolódik, (900mm belső átmérőjű, dupla sztreccsfóliás, elektromos vezérlésű) segítségükkel nem kézzel, hanem géppel tudjuk a lemezeket és profilokat csomagolni, mely időigénye töredéke a kézi csomagolásnak és jobb minőségű is. Az anyagmozgatási tevékenység része még az új targonca, mely 1,5 t terhelhetőségű, 48V-os, és 4,5 m emelőmagasságú triplex oszlopos kivitelben. Az elavult targonca mellé egy korszerű, magas emelésű targoncát vásárolunk, mellyel a magas állványokra is hatékonyan tudjuk a lemez és profilalapanyagokat tárolni, ezáltal növelve a raktárkapacitásunkat. Galéria- irodafejlesztés:(75+75nm, felső szint teljesen irodai komfortra építve, ipari lépcsőszerkezettel, hangszigetelt kivitelben) jelenleg nincsen szabad irodahelységünk és gyártás előkészítő helységünk. Ezt egy csarnokon belül építendő galériával oldanánk meg, melyben a fejlesztendő létszám részére irodai munkahely, gyártás előkészítő műhely és szociális helység lesz kialakítva. Az anyagmozgatási, informatikai, irodai és műhely kapacitás növelése elengedhetetlen az élhajlítási üzletág hatékony kiszolgálása érdekében, hogy a nagy értékű CNC élhajlítógép megtérülési idejét a lehető legrövidebbre tervezhessük. Az élhajlítógép és kiszolgáló eszközeinek bevezetése után minimum 10-20%-os gyártási forgalom kapacitást tervezünk, melyet a korábbi évek piackutatási tapasztalataira alapozunk. Emellett a gyártási önköltség 20-30% os csökkenése várható, melyből a kiszolgáló személyzet fejlesztését, és versenyképesség javítást végzünk. Az eddigi időszakban megterveztük a gyártóüzem átalakítás menetét, a galéria fémszerkezetét, mely alapján a pályázók az ajánlatukat készítették. (Hungarian)
