Analysing the macro- and micro-economic environment, we have come to the conclusion that our company’s competitive and income-generating capacity significantly improves if we remain in the field where we have accumulated significant knowledge and experience, while at the same time increasing the added value of our company. We manage the needs of our customers in a uniquely flexible way, thanks to our wide range of products, we can meet all needs, for which we provide a high-quality knowledge and experience base. We develop our project as a company moving forward in the production value chain, in line with a higher level of processing technology, in a way that leads to increased production added value. In the course of our development, the equipment described and described above will be procured in the project budget. Transport, installation and training will take 2-3 months. The reason for the purchase is that our current machine park is no longer new and we also need to be able to continuously improve and produce new products in order to continuously expand our repertoire so that we can win more and more patients. As we wrote earlier, we will be able to produce more from dental prostheses, replacements, etc. After the implementation of the project, we want to expand the size of our company by one person and thus create a job within the framework of the project. With the acquisition of new equipment and modern technology, a qualitative improvement in workflows can be expected. As a result of technological and quality development, we can produce more dentures and even expect significant market expansion in the region and thanks to the border Austrian settlements. Workflows are shortened with the new technology, with shorter working hours we can gain higher turnover. We can only prevent strong competition and direct competition if — although our product and service are the same — the technology we work with in the world is fit for the age, thus we can do more precise and accurate work. As a result, it is expected that the news brought by patients and our customers — more and more orders will arrive at our lab, thanks to which our turnover will increase, and later we can invest the extra revenue in new developments. Options include further conquest of the foreign market. To implement this plan, we will need a lot of time, diligence and investment, but our current leadership is also committed to continuous technological, intellectual development and the search for new markets. A makró- és mikro gazdasági környezetet elemezve arra a következtetésre jutottunk, hogy cégünk verseny-, illetve jövedelemtermelő képessége jelentősen javul, ha azon a szakterületen maradunk, ahol jelentős tudást és tapasztalatot halmoztunk fel, ugyanakkor növeljük a cégünk által hozzáadott értéket. Vevőink igényeit egyedülállóan rugalmas módon kezeljük, széleskörű termékskálánknak köszönhetően, minden igényt ki tudunk elégíteni, melyhez magas színvonalú tudás-és tapasztalat bázist biztosítunk. Projektünket a termelési értékláncban előrelépő vállalkozásként, egy magasabb feldolgozottsági szintű termelési technológiához igazodva, termelési hozzáadott érték növekedést eredményező módon fejlesztjük. A fejlesztésünk során sor kerül a projekt költségvetésében és a fentiekben bemutatott és leírt eszközök beszerzésére. A szállítás és telepítés, valamint a hozzá tartozó betanítások 2-3 hónapot vesznek majd igénybe. A beszerzés indokoltságát az adja, hogy jelenlegi gépparkunk már nem új és ezen kívül szükség van arra, hogy folyamatosan javulni tudjunk és új termékeket tudjunk gyártani, annak érdekében, hogy folyamatosan bővíthessük repertoárunkat, hogy egyre több pacienst tudjunk megnyerni. Ahogy korábban írtuk a beruházás révén többet tudunk majd előállítani a megrendelőink egyre növekvő igényeinek megfelelően a műfogsorokból, pótlásokból stb. A projekt megvalósítása után egy fővel kívánjuk bővíteni a vállalkozásunk méretét, és így a projekt keretében egy munkahelyet teremtünk. Az új eszközök beszerzésével és az modern technológiával minőségi javulás várható a munkafolyamatokban. A technológiai és minőségi fejlesztés következtében több fogpótlást tudunk elkészíteni és akár jelentős piacbővüléssel is számolhatunk a régióban és a határ menti osztrák települések jóvoltából. A munkafolyamatok az új technológiával lerövidülnek, rövidebb munkaidővel nagyobb árbevételre tudunk szert tenni. Az erős versenyt és közvetlen konkurenciát csak akkor tudjuk megelőzni, ha - bár termékünk és szolgáltatásunk megegyezik - a technológia mellyel dolgozunk világviszonylatban is a kornak megfelelő, ezáltal precízebb, pontosabb munkát tudunk végezni. Ennek eredményeként várhatóan paciensek és megrendelőink által vitt hírünknek - egyre több és több megrendelés érkezik majd laborunkba, melynek köszönhetően növekedni fog árbevételünk is, és a későbbiek folyamán az extra bevételt újabb fejlesztésekbe invesztálhatjuk. A lehetőségek közt szerepel a külföldi piac további meghódítása. Ezen tervünk megvalósításához sok időre, szorgalomra és befektetésre lesz szükségünk, de jelenlegi vezetésünk elkötelezett a folyamatos technológiai, szellemi fejlődés és az új piacok felkutatása mellett is.
