Micro-Metál Kft.'s capacity-enhancing investment was driven by increased domestic and international demand for turning parts. As a result of the technological development, it will be possible to produce turning parts with increased capacity and quality, such as shafts, pistons, bushings, cylinder lids, shelves, etc. In the course of the project, the company intends to purchase a new production equipment worth HUF 43 768 660, during which it plans to acquire a CNC lathe. Taking into account the principle of cost-effectiveness, the successful tender was selected to meet the company’s manufacturing needs. The company has set up a project team for the implementation of the project, involving several decades of technical and financial experts with relevant professional experience, the project team leader László Kovács, Managing Director, who managed several similar developments successfully, who is a guarantee for the successful implementation and maintenance of the capacity-enhancing investment. Micro-Metál Kft. plans to implement the investment in 2016, after the conclusion of the delivery contract, considering the 2-8 months production and delivery time, planning the successful technical and accounting installation and 100 % financial execution by November 2016. In addition to human resources, the self-sufficiency required to carry out the project is also provided to the company. The CNC lathe of the type SAMSUNG PL 2000SY, heading 8458, is heavy duty, ultra-precision, cast iron. The main spindle of the CNC is 4000, the counter spindle is capable of 6,000 turns per minute. The Fanuc 0i-TD controller represents the best technology available on the market with a 10.4" display. The main spindle is 1/15 kW, the counter spindle is capable of 5,5/7.5 kW in a 30-minute time interval, the machine weighs 5 800 kg. The new instrument to be procured complies with the relevant domestic and international directives and standards. The CNC lathe to be purchased is suitable for the manufacture of products for which specific quality standards are prescribed. High-quality product production with the most modern tools through the investment (e.g.: in addition to high size accuracy), not least cheaper production can be achieved, resulting in an increase in value added. As a result of capacity expansion, higher-processed products are created, allowing the company to move forward in the production value chain. A Micro-Metál Kft. kapacitásbővítő beruházását az esztergált alkatrészgyártás iránt megnövekedett hazai és nemzetközi kereslet indukálta. A technológiai fejlesztés eredményeként többek között olyan esztergált alkatrészek megnövekedett kapacitással és minőségnövekedéssel történő gyártására válik lehetőség, mint tengely, dugattyú, persely, hengerfedél, tolattyú. A vállalkozás a projekt során 43 768 660 Ft értékben új gyártóeszköz beszerzését kívánja megvalósítani, melynek során egy CNC esztergát tervez beszerezni. A beruházás előkészítése során a társaság saját hatáskörben piackutatást végzett a megrendelői igények felmérése érdekében, melynek során összesítette azokat. Ezt követően megfogalmazásra került a végleges projekt cél a piacon elérhető legkorszerűbb CNC eszterga beszerzése. A költséghatékonyság elvét szem előtt tartva kiválasztásra került a vállalkozás gyártótechnikai igényeit kielégítő nyertes ajánlat. A társaság a projekt megvalósítására egy projekt teamet hozott létre, melyben több évtizedes, releváns szakmai tapasztalattal rendelkező műszaki és pénzügyi szakemberek vesznek részt, a projekt team vezetője Kovács László ügyvezető, aki számos hasonló fejlesztést irányított sikeresen, személye garancia a kapacitásbővítő beruházás sikeres megvalósítására és fenntartására. A Micro-Metál Kft. a beruházás megvalósítását a 2016-os évben tervezi, a szállítási szerződés megkötését követően a 2-8 hónapos gyártási és szállítási időt figyelembe véve 2016 novemberére tervezve a sikeres műszaki és számviteli üzembehelyezést, 100%-os pénzügyi teljesítést. A humánerőforrás mellett a projekt megvalósításához szükséges önerő szintén biztosított a társaság számára. A beszerezni kívánt SAMSUNG PL 2000SY típusú, 8458 vámtarifaszámú CNC eszterga nagy teherbírású, ultraprecíz, öntöttvas kivitelű. A CNC főorsója 4000, az ellenorsó 6000 fordulatra képes percenként. A Fanuc 0i-TD típusú vezérlő a piacon elérhető legjobb technológiát képviseli, 10,4” kijelzővel. A főorsó 1/15 kW, az ellenorsó 5,5/7,5 kW teljesítményre képes 30 perces időintervallumban, a gép tömege 5800 kg. A beszerzendő, új eszköz megfelel a vonatkozó hazai és nemzetközi irányelveknek, szabványoknak. A beszerezni kívánt CNC eszterga, olyan termékek gyártására alkalmas, amelyekre különleges minőségi előírások vannak előírva. A beruházás révén a legkorszerűbb eszközökkel minőségi termékgyártás (Pl.: nagy méretpontosság) mellett nem utolsó sorban olcsóbb termelés valósítható meg, mely költségcsökkenés hozzáadott érték növekedést eredményez. A kapacitásbővítés okán magasabb feldolgozottságú termékek jönnek létre, amivel lehetősége van a társaságnak a termelési értékláncban történő előrelépésre is. A magasabb szintű termékgyártás lehetőségét megteremtő beruházás szükséges a vállalat továbbfejlődéshez, a jelenlegi vevői igények kielégítéséhez és új piacokra való belépéshez, hiszen a Micro-Metál Kft. tevékenysége, gyártott termékei exportnövekedési potenciállal bírnak, a társaság export orientált KKV.
