The portfolio of H-FOODS Ltd. consists primarily of powdered instant beverage products (tea, coffee, capuccino, cocoa) that can be prepared with water or milk. The variety and tasty offer of cold and warm drinks, which can be prepared easily for meals at different times of day, can be prepared easily for all ages. The beverage powders we sell are produced in several versions from 0.5 litres to 150 litres. The company’s development team also provides our business partners with large batches to modify recipes according to their individual needs. Our production technology for the production of instant beverage products is somewhat different for different products (instant coffee powder, instant tea drink powder, instant capuccino drink powder, etc.), but overall it is characterised by: from the raw materials (acquired ground roasted coffee, purchased teagrass, water, sugar or sweetener, preservatives, stock improvers), the dissolved beverage concentrate is produced according to the recipe of the given instant beverage product, which is then dried-homogenised and the homogenised final product presented as a powdered product. In the framework of this project, in order to increase our production capacity, we acquire 1 new DSM mixing-homogeniser machine, with which our capacity can be increased by almost 25-30 %. In addition, we integrate a new step, granulation, into our technological process, which is a step that increases the added value and quality of the instant products we produce. After homogenisation, granulation can achieve that (as opposed to powdered products) each granule has the same composition, thus eliminating the stratification in the pouches. In addition, the granules dissolve in seconds and do not absorb air moisture when they are opened, so they do not stick and can be used for longer periods in households and drink machines. Therefore, in order to increase the added value, we procure 1 granulating machine type KEK GARDNER 35L. The increased production capacities require the rapid and efficient marketing of larger quantities of finished products, so we need to expand our current packaging and material handling machinery by purchasing 1 foiling and 1 pallet lifting machine. A H-FOODS Kft. termék portfóliója elsősorban por alapanyagú, vízzel vagy tejjel elkészíthető instant italtermékekből (tea, kávé, capuccino, kakaó) áll. A hideg és meleg italok változatos és ízletes kínálata, a különböző napszakokban az étkezésekhez könnyedén elkészíthető finom kiegészítő lehet, minden korosztály számára. Az általunk forgalmazott italporok 0,5 literestől a 150 literessé hígítható kiszerelésig több változatban készülnek. A cég fejlesztőcsapata a nagy tételben vásárló üzleti partnereink számára a receptúrák egyedi igények szerinti módosítását is biztosítja. Az instant italtermékek előállítását célzó termelési technológiánk a különböző termékek (instant kávé italpor, instant tea italpor, instant capuccino italpor, stb) esetén valamelyest eltérő, de összességében az alábbiakkal jellemezhető: az alapanyagokból (beszerzett őrölt pörkölt kávé, beszerzett teafű, víz, cukor vagy édesítőszer, tartósítók, állományjavítók) az adott instant italtermék receptúrája szerint előállítjuk az oldott italsűrítményt, melyet aztán szárítunk-homogenizálunk és a homogenizált végterméket porított termékként kiszerelve értékesítjük. Jelen projektünk keretében a termelési kapacitásaink növelése érdekében 1 új DSM keverő-homogenizáló gépet szerzünk be, mellyel kapacitásunk közel 25-30%-al növelhető. Emellett technológiai folyamatunkba beépítünk egy új lépést, a granulálást is, mely az általunk gyártott instant termékek hozzáadott értékét, minőségét növelő lépés. A homogenizálást követően a granulálással érhetjük el ugyanis, hogy (a porított termékekkel ellentétben) minden egyes granulátum szemben ugyanaz az összetétel található meg, így kiküszöbölhetjük a tasakokban a rétegződést. Emellett a granulátum pillanatok alatt oldódik, kibontott állapotában sem veszi fel a levegő nedvességét, így nem tapad és hosszabb ideig használható háztartásokban, italautomatákban. A hozzáadott-érték növelés érdekében tehát 1 db KEK GARDNER 35L típusú granuláló gépet szerzünk be. A megnövekedett termelési kapacitások nagyobb mennyiségű késztermék gyors, hatékony piacra juttatását teszik szükségessé, így jelenlegi csomagoló és anyagmozgató gépparkunkat is bővítenünk kell 1 fóliázó és 1 raklapemelő gép beszerzésével.
