The link between other project elements related to the purchase of equipment is described in a separate declaration due to lack of location. In terms of professional content, during the preparation, we defined the parameters that are essential for capacity expansion based on planned growth (performance; technical economic comparison; additional costs, sustainability, technical standards, regulatory regulation). The technical parameters of the equipment were selected on this basis. During the collection of the quotes, the most favourable offer was selected taking into account the value for money. Development standards: construction legislation, concrete standards. The project will produce highly processed premixed concrete using simple raw materials (water, cement, river gravel, additives) based on recipes. Project implementation steps: request quotations; selection; machinery — ordering construction services; contracting; delivery of machinery; commissioning, activation; submission of the final accounts. An SME moving forward in the production value chain or the implementation of the project leads to an increase in value added: The added value of the project will be increased. We are currently producing premixed concrete with a machine manufactured 30 years ago. The machine is not automated, i.e. it is manually controlled to produce the finished product based on the given recipes, with a long adjustment time. The metering and measuring units of the machine do not assemble the finished product in a controlled manner, which slows down and renders the manufacturing processes inaccurate. The manufacturing process is difficult to control and to monitor, so compliance with the quality requirements is not always ensured or requires a long adjustment. After the completion of the development, we will produce the premixed concrete with a fully automatic, triple capacity machine. Thanks to the new technology, production will be more productive, thanks to accurate dosage and modern control, the quality of the finished product will be improved, the quantity of scrap product produced will be reduced (to 10 % of the quantity so far). The switching times between products will be smaller, with one mixing we can produce three times the amount of concrete. The machine to be purchased is a newer product than the equipment used by the competitors, and it is capable of producing not only the commonly used quality concretes, but also a more specific quality (C50, C60). These will result in faster, better quality and higher volumes than competitors, which will result in a higher specific price, i.e. higher revenues under favourable conditions for customers, thus increasing the value added. Az eszközbeszerzéshez kapcsolódó egyéb projekt elemek kapcsolódását hely hiánya miatt külön nyilatkozatban részletezzük. A szakmai tartalom vonatkozásában az előkészítés során meghatároztuk azokat a paramétereket, amelyek a tervezett növekedést feltételező kapacitásbővítéshez alapvető fontosságúak (teljesítmény; műszaki gazdasági összevetés; járulékos költségek, fenntarthatóság, műszaki szabványok, hatósági szabályozás). Ezek alapján kerültek kiválasztásra a berendezés műszaki paraméterei. Az árajánlatok begyűjtése során az ár-érték arány figyelembe vételével a legkedvezőbb ajánlat került kiválasztásra. A fejlesztés kapcsán meghatározó standardok: építésügyi jogszabályok, betonszabványok. A projekt keretében magas szinten feldolgozott előre kevert beton gyártása fog megvalósulni, egyszerű alapanyagok felhasználásával (víz, cement, folyami kavics, adalékanyagok), receptúrák alapján. Projekt megvalósításának lépései: árajánlatok bekérése; kiválasztás; gép – kivitelezési szolgáltatás megrendelése; szerződéskötés; gép leszállítása; üzembe helyezése, aktiválás; záró elszámolás benyújtása. Termelési értékláncban előrelépő KKV vagy a projekt megvalósítás hozzáadott érték növekedést eredményez szempont: A projekt kapcsán hozzáadott érték növekedés fog megvalósulni.
