When compiling the list of machines to be procured, we took into account the tools that are essential for the development of the technology and for the expansion of capacity. Within the framework of the investment, we plan to purchase the following machines: SCM TF 110 Nova tapping milling machine — instead of the current universal machine, we acquire a machine specially designed for the production of doors and windows, which, on the one hand, has a higher capacity and, on the other hand, the Maggi Steff 2044 feeder equipment suitable for several operations than the current one — the machine triggers manual feed of raw materials, thereby increasing working safety and improving the quality of the processing of raw materials. SCM S520 Nova thickening planer and SCM F410 Nova Straightener Planer — the new machines allow simultaneous parallel execution of the two operations, while the current machine can only do so in successive operations. SCM PROFISET 40 four-head planer and milling machine — in one working operation the current machine can only perform the task in four separate operations, thereby significantly shortening the workflow, SCM SANDYA 1/S CS contact grinding machine — until now we have done the grinding work manually, the machine, on the one hand, accelerates the operation and, on the other hand, the manpower can be used for other, more specialised, specifically live-working operations, SCM StarTech 27 series drilling machine — the production of furniture significantly accelerates the workflow and significantly increases the capacity, allowing the serial production of “flat-mounted” elements, Emmegi SCA Mini P 400 single-head cutting saw — allows the precision frame of aluminium outer coverings for the manufacture of wooden-aluminium doors and windows. New products to be introduced as a result of the development: — production of two types of windows (78 mm and 92 mm thickness), — three types of wood-aluminium doors and windows The higher price that can be enforced during the production of higher-quality products, windows with improved energy efficiency indicators, and the combined effect of decreasing unit cost costs, the development results in a significant increase in value added. A beszerzendő gépek listájának összeállításakor a technológia fejlesztéséhez, illetve a kapacitásbővítéshez elengedhetetlenül szükséges eszközöket vettük számba. A beruházás keretében az alábbi gépek beszerzését tervezzük: SCM TF 110 Nova csapozó marógép – a jelenlegi univerzális gép helyett egy speciálisan a nyílászárók gyártására készült gépet szerzünk be, amely egyrészt nagyobb kapacitással rendelkezik, másrészt a jelenleginél többféle műveletre alkalmas, Maggi Steff 2044 előtoló berendezés - a gép a manuális alapanyag előtolást váltja ki, ezáltal növeli munkabiztonságot, továbbá javítja az alapanyagok minőségi feldolgozását. SCM S520 Nova vastagoló gyalugép és SCM F410 Nova egyengető gyalugép – az új gépek lehetővé teszik a két munkaművelet egyidejű, párhuzamos végzését, míg a jelenlegi gép csak egymás utáni műveletben képes erre. SCM PROFISET 40 négyfejes gyalugép és marógép – egy munkaműveletben elvégezi azt a feladatot, amit a jelenlegi gépünk csak négy különálló műveletben képes, ezzel lényegesen lerövidíti a munkafolyamatot, SCM SANDYA 1/S CS kontaktcsiszoló gép – eddig a csiszolási munkákat kézzel végeztük, a gép egyrészt gyorsítja a műveletet, másrészt a munkaerő más, speciálisabb, kifejezetten élőmunkát igénylő műveletekre fordítható, SCM STARTECH 27 sorozatfúrógép – a bútorgyártás során jelentősen gyorsul a munkafolyamat, és számottevően nő a kapacitás, lehetővé válik a „lapraszerelt” elemek sorozatgyártása, Emmegi SCA Mini P 400 egyfejes daraboló fűrész – lehetővé teszi a fa-alumínium nyílászárók gyártásához az alumínium külső burkolatok precíziós keretbe szabását. A fejlesztés eredményeképp bevezetésre kerülő új termékek: - két típusú fa (78mm, és 92 mm vastagságú) nyílászáró, - három típusú fa-alumínium nyílászáró gyártása A magasabb minőségű termékek, a jobb energiahatékonysági mutatókkal rendelkező nyílászárók gyártása során érvényesíthető magasabb ár, továbbá az ezzel egyidejűleg csökkenő fajlagos önköltség együttes hatásaként a fejlesztés jelentős hozzáadott-érték növekedést eredményez.
