It also saves a lot of money by significantly reducing expenditure on manufacturing and logistical processes. The assembly machine can be used efficiently with minimal adjustment. Programming settings can be set up quickly and easily by using your laptop. The state-of-the-art equipment is user-friendly because the necessary operations can be run quickly. Thanks to the above production tools, the demand for engines can be met quickly and precisely, thereby producing products with a higher level of processing with a significant added value increase. A projekt keretében a következő eszközök kerülnek beszerzésre: hajtómű összeszerelő gép; hullámkarton alapú térkitöltő anyag gyártó gép; szivattyús mérőfejes töltőegység; ékszíjhajtású kompresszor 3 fázisú; impulzus csavarbehajtó (UL40SD); impulzus csavarbehajtó (UL60SD), Dell Latitude E5450 laptop. A hajtómű összeszerelő gép, illetve az összeszerelő gép folyamatainak kiszolgálásához szükséges eszközök a hajtóművek szakszerű és a legkorszerűbb technikákkal történő összeszereléséhez járulnak hozzá, ugyanis felváltják a korábban kézi erővel, kézi szerszámokkal történő összeszerelési folyamatot. A hajtómű összeszerelő gép hajtóművek szereléséhez alkalmazható magas préselési erővel rendelkező ipari berendezés. A számítógép vezérelt prés ergonomikus kialakítású, használata egyszerű és robosztus felépítésének köszönhetően időtálló. A gép ipari felhasználásra gyártott, korszerű megjelenésű, megfelel a kor követelményeinek és biztonsági elvárásainak. A hajtómű szerelő gép moduláris felépítésű, amely egyszerű javíthatóságot támogatja. A technológia forradalmasítja, jelentősen egyszerűsíti a különböző hajtóművek összeszerelését. Az alkatrészeket 250kN névleges erővel képes préselni. A hajtóművek végleges összeszerelési folyamatokon esnek át, mindenféle fölösleges logisztikai lépés közbeiktatása nélkül. A folyamatos alkatrészkezelés leegyszerűsíti a folyamatláncot és állandó magas minőséget biztosít. Emellett rengeteg pénzt spórol meg a gyártásra és logisztikai folyamatokra fordított kiadások nagymértékű csökkentésével. A szerelőgép hatékonyan használható, minimális beállítás-módosítások mellett. A hajtómű összeszerelő gép (présgép) folyamatainak a kiszolgálásához a következő eszközök szükségesek: hullámkarton alapú térkitöltő anyag gyártó gép; szivattyús mérőfejes töltőegység; ékszíjhajtású kompresszor 3 fázisú; impulzus csavarbehajtó (UL40SD); impulzus csavarbehajtó (UL60SD), Dell Latitude E5450 laptop A présgép által legyártott termékeket a vevők részére dobozokban szállítják, melyekhez a térkitöltő csomagolóanyagot a hullámkarton alapú térkitöltő anyag gyártó gép (EDDIE 300R) fogja előállítani. A szivattyús mérőfejes töltőegység, az ékszíjhajtású kompresszor 3 fázisú és az impulzus csavarbehajtók (UL40SD és UL60SD) a hajtómű összeszerelő gép egyes folyamatait fogják kiszolgálni. A projekt keretében beszerzésre kerülő Dell Latitude E5450 típusú laptop alkalmas lesz az összeszerelő géphez kapcsolódó műszaki adatok kezelésére, tárolására, kiszolgálására. A programozási beállítások gyorsan és könnyedén beállíthatóak a laptop segítségével. A legmodernebb technológiát alkalmazó berendezés felhasználóbarát, mert a szükséges műveletek gyorsan futtathatók rajta. A fenti termelőeszközöknek köszönhetően a hajtóművekre leadott igényeket gyorsan és precízen ki lehet elégíteni, ezáltal magasabb feldolgozottsági szintű termékek előállítása valósul meg jelentős hozzáadott-érték növekedéssel.
