The software to be purchased in the framework of the project is intrinsically linked to the acquisition of the equipment, because the manufacturing preparatory programme plays a major role in the preparation of the office, production drawings and price calculations. In the course of the project, the production capacity will be increased by the purchase of the following equipment: 1 Pcs SCM F520 Nova Straightening Planter: the table of massive, asymmetrically arranged casting ensures stable conduction and thus helps to build the base surface. Guarantees maximum stability, reliability and ergonomics. 1 Pcs SCM S630 Nova Thicking Planter: robust design ensures non-vibration, which is essential for high-quality planing. Another important factor is the 4 knife shaft 120 mm in diameter, which results in a very fine surface quality. A precise plank adjuster is added as an accessory. 1 Pcs Centauro CO600 Bandsaw: it can be used for cutting, edged, length cutting and cross cutting of wood. 1 pcs SCM Minimax Unilev 150 edge grinding machine: perform edge grinding operations and various profile grinding operations. Robust machine frame and ergonomic design allows for precise and comfortable quality work. 1 pcs SCM Olimpic K100 edge-locking machine: with bulk glue, it ensures a correct Lie Closure up to 3 mm thickness. The machine was specially designed for individual works and small workshops. That’s why they can be ordered with a single-phase motor. The edge closure of almost any size can be carried out, from 8-50 mm thickness, length from 190 mm, insertable edge thickness up to 0.4-5. 1 pcs SCM SI 300 Nova cutting machine: the strong and precisely led wide aluminium table provides a solid bed for cutting not only furniture, but also solid wood. 5 ECO 300D mobile extraction equipment: high quality Italian-produced mobile extractor 1 pcs FESTOOL TS 75 EBQ-PLUS-FS submersible saw 1 pcs FESTOOL OF 1400 EBQ -PLUS-top milling GÉP 1 pcs FESTOOL Kapex KS 120 EB Mouse Cutting saw Machine The company intends to develop the production technology of furniture production. Az eszköz beszerzésekhez a projekt keretében megvásárolandó szoftver szervesen kapcsolódik, mert a gyártás előkészítő program az irodai előkészítésben, a gyártásrajzok és árkalkulációk készítésében játszik nagy szerepet. A projekt során a termelési kapacitásbővítés az alábbi eszközök beszerzésével valósul meg: 1 db SCM F520 Nova egyengető gyalugép: masszív, asszimetrikusan elrendezett öntvény asztala biztosítja a stabil megvezetést és ezzel segíti a bázisfelület kialakítását. Mindig derékszöget biztosít a megmunkálás során. A rendszer megakadályozza deformációt. Garantálja a maximális stabilitás, a megbízhatóságot és ergonómiát. 1 db SCM S630 Nova vastagoló gyalugép: robusztus kialakítás rezgésmentességet biztosít, ami elengedhetetlen a jó minőségű gyaluláshoz. A másik fontos tényező a 120 mm átmérőjű 4 késes tengely, amely nagyon finom felületi minőséget eredményez. Tartozékként adnak hozzá egy precíz gyalukés beállítót. 1 db CENTAURO CO600 szalagfűrész: faanyagok darabolására, szélezésére, hosszvágásra és keresztvágásra használható. 1 db SCM Minimax Unilev 150 élcsiszológép: élcsiszolási műveletek, valamint különböző profilcsiszolási műveletek elvégzéséhez. Masszív gépváz és ergonomikus kialakítás lehetővé teszi a pontos és kényelmes minőségi munkavégzést. 1 db SCM Olimpic K100 élzáró gép: ömledék ragasztóval biztosítja a korrekt élzárást 3 mm vastagságig. A gépet kifejezetten egyedi munkákhoz, kis műhelyek céljára fejlesztették ki. Éppen ezért rendelhetőek egyfázisú motorral is. A termelési kapacitásbővítés a gyártás hatékonyságát szolgálja, csökken a gyártási idő és a logisztikára fordított idő, több termék készül el, az új gépekkel precízebb munka végezhető, a vágások, illesztések pontosabbak lesznek. Új szolgáltatások bevezetése válik lehetővé, a bútorlapok szabása és élzárása, és a helyszíni szerelés. A fejlesztést követően magasabb minőségi paraméterekkel rendelkező termékeket gyártanak.
