The pallet boards with a size of 280x207 cm will be cut to the exact size required for individual furniture. It optimises the number of tables required after application of the prescribed material requirement. We customise industrial-sized sheets ourselves and design the product based on individual needs with the help of the machine to be procured. Since the creation of the company on 08.07.2015 (the date of validity of the instrument of establishment) in Doramina Szab Kft., the orders have been executed continuously, however, the cutting of the furniture sheets and the production of finished furniture from them have been carried out in the form of contract work. After the installation of the new machine and with a new own workforce, not only will the furniture be cut within the company, but it will also be able to assemble and generate revenue from furniture intended for sale. We wanted to create a company that, as a tailoring company, can enter into a long-term supply contract with companies. Our long-term goal is to obtain quality assurance standards for this company. A rakatban érkező, 280x207 cm méretű bútorlap táblákat az egyedi bútorhoz szükséges pontos méretre vágja az új gép. A kiírt anyagszükséglet felvitele után kioptimalizálja hogy mennyi táblára van szükség. Miután felhelyezik a teljes táblát a gépasztalra, ezt csipeszekkel megfogja, és behúzza a beállított mérethez a vágási síkba, majd egy körfűrészlap elvágja, ezután ismét a beírt méretre igazítja a gép a táblát, és levágja belőle a következő darab anyagot. Lista futtatásakor a gép egymás után vágja le a soron következő szabás-térképeket, lényegében a kioptimalizált anyagszükséglettel a teljes tábla bútorlapot a legkisebb hulladékkal tudja összevágni. A cég többségi tulajdonosaként 10 éves tapasztalatom van konyhabútor tervezés, gyártás, kivitelezésben. Ezután irodabútorokat szeretnénk készíteni. Az egyedi méretű, pontosságú és minőségű iroda- és kisbútorokra egyre nagyobb igény van a környéken. Ezt a hiányt szeretnék betölteni. Női vállalkozó által irányított cég vagyunk, a tulajdonosok is nők. Termelési értékláncban előrelépő KKV vagyunk, mert az eddigi beszállítókat kiváltjuk az új géppel. Nem félkész lapokból gyártunk tömegárut, hanem mi magunk tudjuk leszabni a bútorlapokat az egyedi gyártáshoz, és ebből készítünk magas minőségű prémium termékeket. Az ipari méretű lapokat mi magunk szabjuk, és alakítjuk ki a terméket az egyedi igények alapján a beszerzendő gép segítségével. A Doramina Szab Kft-ben a cég 2015.07.08-ai (létesítő okirat hatályosságának dátuma) létrehozása óta a megrendelések teljesítése folyamatosan történt, azonban a bútorlapok leszabása és abból kész bútor előállítása bérmunkában folyt. Az új gép üzembeállítását követően és egy új saját munkaerő birtokában nemcsak, hogy a cégen belül fog megtörténni a bútorlapok leszabása, hanem abból különféle értékesítésre szánt bútort is képes lesz majd összeállítani és abból bevételt szerezni. Egy olyan céget akartunk létrehozni, mely szabász cégként hosszú távú beszállítói szerződést tud kötni vállalkozásokkal. Hosszú távú célunk, hogy erre a cégre majd minőségbiztosítási szabványokat is meg tudjunk szerezni. Így kapcsolódik a Felhívás 4.4.3.1 e) pontjához, mely alapján termelési értékláncban előrelépő kkv-ról beszélünk. (Hungarian)
