Wire mesh boards forming the sides of the gabion are fixed together by wire spirals or clips. The continuous supply of raw materials for the production of construction products is not ensured. In order to maintain the raw material supply process, the company would like to make the following investment by starting the tender: Chain Rotating Dredger, Poofás Stone Crusher (Mobil), Heavy sieve, Classifier and introduction of a corporate management system. Load the raw-mined stones from the pre-trained deponia with the help of a chain-footed rotary dredger into the receiving buffer of the Pump crusher. The jaw crusher breaks the material to 0-140 mm particle size with the help of its jaws, so that, prepared for the Heavy Rosta, the delivery tape of the jaw crusher into the heavy sieve buffer would give the material up to an additional 2 or 3 different size fractions of different sizes. The Lánco Grinding Machine, the Bottom crusher, and the Heavy Rosta, together are suitable for producing the base material for filling with special characteristics of the building element. The Chain Dredger would also play a major role in the final stage of the production of building elements, and can be used for material filling tasks, compression tasks, with the help of special mountings. After the manufacturing process of the GABION building elements, it can be used in loading, handling, packing and warehousing tasks. It is also suitable for the deposition, storage and handling of raw materials. The investment involves the introduction of a corporate governance system that meets the requirements of Annex 10 of the Call and contains at least three modules, thus supporting the use of IPAR 4.0 solutions.     A gabion oldalait alkotó drótháló táblákat drótspirállal vagy klipsszel rögzítjük egymáshoz. Annak kiküszöbölésére, hogy a töltőanyag betöltése után a gabion oldalai kipúposodjanak, a szemközti táblákat összekötjük. Nagyobb gabion esetén a rövidebb oldalakkal párhuzamos merevítő dróthálót, úgynevezett diafragmát is elhelyezünk a gabionban. A gabion bármilyen formában elkészíthető, a legjellemzőbb az oldalanként fél méter hosszú, szabályos kocka alakú, illetve a kétszer ekkora, egy méter magas gabion. Ezek anyaga kiemelkedően tartós, cink vagy cinkalumínium horganyozású acélhuzal, akár UV-stabil PVC-bevonattal. A gabion töltésére tetszőleges töltőanyag választható. Az előzetes piackutatások, megalapozzák a nagy piaci igényt a GABION építő elemek felhasználásában, továbbá maga a termék szerteágazó felhasználási területének lehetősége, és egyedi, de mégis egyszerűen, gyártható, elérhető hazai alapanyagokból, könnyen telepíthető, beépíthető, szállítható, tárolható építőipari termék. A támfalépítő elemek gyártásához nagy mennyiségű bányászott nyers kő kerül felhasználásra. Különböző fajtájú bányászott követ használunk fel, többféle méretben, darabos kivitelben vagy speciális szemcseméretre osztályozva, egyedi formájú, alakú kövek felhasználásával, számtalan féle változatban. Az építőipari termék gyártásához nem biztosított a folyamatosan elérhető alapanyag utánpótlás. Az alapanyag utánpótlási folyamat fenntartása érdekében a társaság a következő beruházást szeretné megvalósítani a pályázaton való elindulásával: Láncos Forgó Kotró, Pofás Kőtörő (Mobil), Nehéz rosta, Osztályzó beszerzése, illetve vállalatirányítási rendszer bevezetése. A nyersen bányászott köveket az előzetesen képzett depóniából Lánctalpas Forgókotró segítségével rakodja a Pofás Törőgép fogadó pufferjébe. A pofás törőberendezés 0-140mm szemcseméretűre töri a pofái segítségével az anyagot, így előkészítve a Nehéz Rosta számára, a nehéz rosta pufferjébe a pofás törőberendezés kihordószalagja adná fel az anyagot, hogy a nehéz rosta további 2 vagy 3 különböző méretű, variálható nagyságú frakcióra válogatja szét. A Láncos Kotrógép, a Pofás Törőgép, és a Nehéz Rosta, együttesen alkalmas az építő elem speciális jellemzőkkel bíró töltelék alapanyagának előállítására. A Láncos Kotrógép az építő elemek gyártásának végső fázisában is nagy szerepet töltene be, s használható anyag töltési feladatokra, tömörítési feladatokra, speciális szerelék segítségével. A GABION építő elemek gyártási folyamatát követően a rakodási, mozgatási, pakolási, raktározási feladataiban is használható, alkalmas ezenfelül az alapanyagok deponálására, tárolási, mozgatási feladatok ellátására. A beruházás keretében sor kerül vállalatirányítási rendszer bevezetésére, amely a Felhívás 10. sz. mellékletében előírt követelményeknek megfelel és legalább három modult tartalmaz, így alátámasztja az IPAR 4.0 megoldások alkalmazását.
