    Az alkalmazott receptúrák optimalizálása, a termelésben lévő szilikon anyagok megújítása, a gyártási technológia innovatív továbbfejlesztése, berendezés állomány korszerűsítése, a gyártási folyamat hőmérséklet szabályozása, stabilizálása, a káros ugrásszerű hőmérséklet-változások kiküszöbölése, a gyártás során keletkező hulladékmennyiség csökkentése, a szerves szilícium alapú termékek minőségének, gyártási hatékonyságának javítása. A javasolt projekt megvalósítása lehetővé teszi magasabb minőségű termékek kibocsátását, kisebb önköltséggel és ennek megfelelően árral, amely lehetővé teszi a teljes értékű versenyt a világ vezető gyártóinak hasonló termékeivel, és segíti a szilikon áruk piacán az eladást. Az innováció alkalmazása garantálja: - a technológiai folyamatok ökológiai veszélytelenségét; - alacsony energiaszükségletet; - a csekély mennyiségű hulladékkeletkezést; - a termékek magas minőségét; - alacsonyabb nyersanyag felhasználást - a kibocsájtott termék alacsonyabb önköltségét 3. Innovációs javaslatok A technológia hatékonyabbá tétele • 10-20%-kal kevesebb nyersanyag felhasználás • A metil-szilícium gél és a kálium-hidroxid arányának optimalizálása a késztermékben lévő ballasztanyag csökkentése • Homogenizáló technológia megvalósítása • A termékek alkalmazásának komfortosabbá és veszélytelenebbé tétele • Aktív-szenes tisztítással és kovaföld mosó-réteges folyadékszűréssel a végtermék tisztaságának növelése • Termékstruktúra váltással magasabb minőségű végtermékek előállítása • A receptúrában speciális adalékok kikísérletezése és beillesztése, a végtermék stabilitásának növelése érdekében • Az energiaszükséglet akár 20%-os csökkentése – technológia megfelelő üzemeltetésével csökkent az energiaszükséglet, energiaszükséglet csökkentés • A jelenlegi reaktor térfogatok növelése, a hűtés-fűtés szabályozhatóvá tétele Káros környezeti hatások csökkentése • A gyártás közbeni ártalmas környezeti hatások csökkentése • Lehetőleg hulladékmentes termelés megvalósítása – hulladékgazd. - szemléltetés technológiai anyagmérleggel • Nagyobb hatékonyságú szűrés megvalósítása – hulladékgazd. - kevesebb a szűrőszövet hull. • Víztisztító berendezés technológiai folyamatba illesztése – ioncserlő és UV fertőtlenítő berendezés lett beépítve A projekt keretében - önerőből - kerül bevezetésre termelés irányítási rendszer.
