As a result of our project, the particle time of the parts completed during the metalworking process is reduced, which, according to our calculations, increases our current production capacity by 25-30 % and also gives us the possibility of machining parts that we have not been able to do before. During the preparation of our investment we defined the necessary equipment, and then we asked for the offers for the machines, from which we selected the most favorable ones for our project. We plan to start our project by ordering the machines in October 2015. Taking into account the delivery dates, the equipment will be put into service by the end of April 2016. The products of the products to be procured are the products of the recognised manufacturer and their technical standards meet all our requirements. The professional knowledge and contacts of the head of our company can guarantee the successful and effective implementation of the investment. We will also be able to produce new components with higher value added through the purchased equipment. Within the framework of the investment, we acquire the following assets: 1pcs DECKEL MAHO DMC 1450V vertical machining center: It’s a C-frame model that represents the state of the art. The main technical features of the device are: X = 1 450 mm, Y = 700 mm, Z = 550 mm motion range; High-speed 36 m/min; A speed range of 20-14.000 rpm; digitally controlled and liquid-cooled AC motor main drive 11,5/14.5 kW; tool storage with 20 seats, tool changing unit (maximum load of 80 kg); 1700 x 750 mm table catching surface with 7 grooves with a load capacity of 2 000 kg or less; Indirect measuring system X, Y, Z (engine measurement system); electronic handwheels; DMG messenger; size of the base machine: 3395 x 2660 x 2 810 mm Equipment: — 3D track control with a 19 inch screen;– Infrared measuring tactile;– Direct measuring system for X, Y, Z axis (0.008 mm positioning accuracy) — Cooling unit;– rinsing pistol chip removal 1 pcs DMG ECOLINE ecoTurn 310 universal lathe: 2-axis universal lathe machine The main technical features of the device are: CNC control; Max. 200 mm turning diameter; X-axis travel path: 160 mm; Z-axis movement path: 450 mm; Feeder drive 30 m/min; AC main drive power: 16,5/11 kW; Max. speed: 5000/min; Hydraulically movable rivets; 12-position revolver head with 12 driven tool positions; tool drive with Siemens control (8.4 kW) Equipment: — PROGRESSLine & Planonlight — displaying the remaining machining time and number of units of a complete machining process — SIEMENS SINUMERIK 840D CNC control;– Roller;– Refrigeration fluid pistol(5 bar);– High-performance coolant pump(12 bar) — Hydraulic 3- jaw chuck with D52 mm passthrough Our company moves forward in the production value chain by implementing the investment, as we will be able to produce parts that we have not been able to produce in the absence of suitable production machines, so we will be able to produce higher added value products. Projektünk eredményeképpen a fémmegmunkálás során elkészült alkatrészek darabideje csökken, ami számításaink szerint 25-30%-kal növeli meg jelenlegi termelőkapacitásunkat és olyan alkatrészek megmunkálására is lehetőséget ad, melyre eddig nem volt módunk. Beruházásunk előkészítése során meghatároztuk a szükséges berendezések körét, majd bekértük az ajánlatokat a gépekre, melyek közül a legkedvezőbbeket választottuk ki projektünkhöz. Projektünket 2015 októberében tervezzük megkezdeni a gépek megrendelésével. A szállítási határidőket is figyelembe véve az eszközök üzembe állítását 2016. április végéig fogjuk elvégezni. A beszerzendő eszközök elismert gyártó termékei, műszaki színvonaluk minden igényünket maximálisan kielégíti. Vállalkozásunk vezetőjének szakmai ismeretei és kapcsolatai révén garantálható a beruházás sikeres és eredményes lebonyolítása. A beszerzett eszközök révén új, magasabb hozzáadott-értékű alkatrészek előállítását is elvállalhatjuk majd. A beruházás keretében az alábbi eszközök beszerzését valósítjuk meg: 1db DECKEL MAHO DMC 1450V függőleges megmunkálóközpont: C-vázas felépítésű, a legkorszerűbb technológiát képviselő modell.
