Only new equipment will be purchased under the project. The concrete foundation work required for the installation of the new technology and the creation of the website will be carried out exclusively by the applicant on his own initiative. The project aims at increasing production capacity and modernising technology. Part of the applicant’s machine fleet is of outdated technology. Main technical characteristics of the turning machine to be procured: CNC control; convenient handling; spacious working space; cast iron bed and sled system; inclined beds; weight: 3 400 kg; axial, stationary tooled, servo revolver head. By purchasing the new CNC lathe machine, the applicant will be able to produce a product with a higher level of processing, as the new technology allows it to carry out complex metalworking processes that are not traditional lathes. The product produced as a result of the project has several extras, as the quality of the products produced is improved due to more precise processing, the production time is reduced, and the cost of production of some products is reduced. It will be possible to start the production of new products and increase production capacity. During the preparation phase of the project, the type of lathe and the identity of the transporter were selected. The applicant visited the supplier’s premises and learned about the production process. The supplier made an on-site visit and assessed the location of the installation. The applicant has the necessary infrastructure conditions for the installation of the turning machine. No authorisation is required for the implementation of the project. Planned implementation date of the project: 2015.10.01-2015.12.31. The applicant’s management has the technical skills and experience required to install and maintain the technology. A projekt keretében kizárólag új eszköz beszerzése történik. Az új technológia telepítéséhez szükséges betonalapozási munkát és a honlap létrehozását a pályázó kizárólag önerőből valósítja meg. A projekt a gyártási kapacitás bővítését és a technológia modernizálását célozza meg. A pályázó gépparkjának egy része elavult technológia színvonalat képvisel. A pályázó jelenleg CNC vezérlésű eszterga géppel nem rendelkezik. A beszerzendő esztergagép főbb műszaki jellemzői: CNC vezérlés; kényelmes kezelhetőség; tágas munkatér; öntöttvas ágy és szánrendszer; ferdeágyas; tömeg: 3400 kg; axiális, álló szerszámozású, szervo revolverfej. Az új CNC esztergagép beszerzésével a pályázó magasabb feldolgozottsági szintű termék előállítására válik képessé, mivel az új technológia révén képes elvégezni olyan komplex, fémmegmunkálási folyamatokat, amelyet a hagyományos esztergapaddal nem. A projekt eredményeként előálló termék több többletértekkel is rendelkezik, mivel javul az előállított termékek minősége a precízebb megmunkálás miatt, csökken a gyártás ideje, csökken egyes termékek gyártási önköltsége. Tovább új termékek gyártásának beindítása válik lehetségessé és nő a gyártási kapacitás. A projekt előkészítési szakaszában megtörtént az esztergagép típusának és a szállító személyének kiválasztása. A pályázó látogatást tett a szállító telephelyén, megismerte a gyártási folyamatot. A szállító helyszíni bejárást végzett és felmérte a telepítés helyszínét. A pályázó rendelkezik az esztergagép telepítéséhez szükséges infrastruktúrális feltételekkel. A projekt megvalósításához nem szükséges engedély. A projekt fontosabb tevékenységei: pályázat beadása, támogatói okirat kézhezvétele, technológia megrendelése; technológia üzembe helyezése. A projekt tervezett megvalósítási ideje: 2015.10.01 – 2015.12.31. A pályázó menedzsmentje rendelkezik a technológia telepítéséhez és fenntartásához szükséges műszaki jártassággal és tapasztalattal.
