With the development, 1 cable processing will be procured, which includes modern, highly automated equipment, so it is possible to minimise the living workforce, which is an important objective besides the implementation of the present development. The construction of the complete line includes the Komax factory’s CE-Konform wire processing machine, processing equipment with 4 possible stations, 2 stations on page 1, and 2 stations for page 2 processing. The Kappa 330 automatic, which is part of the row, pulls in the cable/wire, cuts it, strips the one and then the second side. The retraction takes place from the ads 119 drop-off storage, the storage is guided by drum rotation to ensure the unobstructed supply of raw materials. Desk crimping press, bare unit, seal loading unit, programmable insertion of the connector up to 20 kN in the press unit. The row is part of the Table Compacting Station and is used to seal the wire end resistance welding based. The processing process: the operator places the stripped wire end between the electrodes, which is supported by a template for the product. The compaction process is started with a pedal, after the opening of the electrodes, the compacted product is removed. Our company has assessed the relevant market needs both in the small series of products with a significant lack of capacity. When compiling the machine fleet of our present development, we started from this demand in order to realise the rapid tooling of automatic machines. This way, with flexible design, we can prepare for more product production, which other manufacturers cannot, or only partially, realise. Our management and owners have considerable experience in implementing hundreds of millions of HUF projects, and we also have external experts who have provided significant assistance in the preparation of the project, both in the selection of the relevant equipment and in the subsequent operation and detection of market needs. External experts have several 10 years of automotive supplier experience, both in the domestic and international market. The network of experts is also available during the operation and implementation of the project, so we have the opportunity for suppliers to join the supply chain of GST Systems Hungary Kft, so in the first period we can be indirectly suppliers to German Sensor Technology GmbH, who manufacture ABS Sensor Sensor components, brake sensors, brake jaw sensors, motor sensors. The planned development consists of the automotive standards well known to our external experts. The development of our activities is supported by a well-trained engineering team, who are familiar with all the regulations that we need to apply in the implementation of the project. The equipment to be procured is the state-of-the-art machines of the time, the state-of-the-art capacities to be built, and the development of IPAR 4.0 has the potential to implement further forward-looking developments. A fejlesztéssel 1 db kábel feldolgozó sor kerül beszerzésre mely korszerű, magas automatizáltságú berendezéseket tartalmaz, így lehetővé válik az élő munkaerő minimalizálása, mely fontos célkitűzés a jelen fejlesztés megvalósítása mellett. A teljes sor kiépítése magában foglalja a Komax gyár CE-Konform vezeték feldolgozó automata, feldolgozó berendezését 4 lehetséges állomással, 2 állomás az 1-es oldal, és 2 állomás a 2-es oldal feldolgozására. A sor részét képező Kappa 330 automata behúzza a kábelt/vezetéket, elvágja, megcsupaszítja az egyes, majd a kettes oldalt. Az ads 119 letekerő tárolójáról történik a behúzás, a tároló a dobforgatást vezérelve biztosítja az akadálymentes alapanyag ellátást. Asztali krimpelő prés, csupaszító egységgel, seal felrakó egységgel, a prés egységben 20 kN erőig, programozhatóan végzi a csatlakozó felhelyezését. A külső szakértők több 10 éves autóipari beszállítói tapasztalattal rendelkeznek, mind a hazai mind a nemzetközi piacon. A szakértők kapcsolat rendszere is rendelkezésre áll a projekt üzemeltetés és megvalósítása során, így beszállítói lehetőséget kapunk a GST Systems Hungary Kft ellátási láncba való bekapcsolódásra, így az első időszakban közvetve beszállítói lehetünk a German Sensor Technology GmbH-nak, akik ABS szenozor alkatrészek, fék szenzorok, fék pofa érzékelők, motor érzékelők gyártásába. A tervezett fejlesztés a külső szakértőink számára jól ismert autóipari standardok alkotják. Tevékenységünk fejlesztését jól felkészített mérnöki gárda támogatja, akik jól ismerik minden előírást melynek alkalmazására szükségünk lesz a projekt megvalósítása során. A beszerzésre kerülő berendezések a kor legmodernebb gépei, a kiépítésre kerülő korszerű kapacitások, az IPAR 4.0 fejlesztései pedig további előremutató fejlesztések megvalósításának lehetőségét hordozzák. A csatolt nyilatkozatban a teljes szöveg. (Hungarian)
