The target area of our application is "procurement of new equipment, machinery, development of new technological systems and capacities, in which we acquire 10 Enshu GE480H CNC Horizontal Machining Centres. The acquisition of machining centres results in the expansion of our production capacities, mainly contributing to the expansion of our export markets. With the machines to be purchased, we will produce a spare part for Volkswagen AG. During the preparation phase of the project we surveyed the offer of domestic machine manufacturers and distributors, asked for the necessary offers. The machines were selected on the basis of professional criteria, taking into account the technical content, the value for money and the matching with our production processes. Based on these criteria, we chose GE-CO Hungary Kft.'s machines. The Enshu GE480He CNC horizontal machining center is one of the smaller horizontal machining centres. The machine’s bed is very rigid. Due to its speed of 90 meters per minute, the production time is greatly reduced. Its palette changer ensures the replacement of the workpiece during the workflow, thereby increasing its efficiency. The HSK-A 63 tool holder avoids defective product production caused by vibrations. Technical characteristics: — spindle speed: 15 000 rpm — ranges of motion: x-y-z axis: 800 mm, — max. reversible working space size: 800*1000 mm — high-speed services: 90 000 mm/min. Suitable for 60 BT40 tools, which makes it possible to process more complex pieces. The table can be loaded up to 500 kg. Control: FANUC F31iM. The acquisition of state-of-the-art, premium equipment enables the optimisation of production processes and the expansion of capacities, thus, in addition to further strengthening our current market position, we can reach new market segments on both the domestic and the international market. The machines will be installed at our site in Apc in our new production base, the space and infrastructure required for the installation of the equipment is provided. The machines to be procured under this project come from a manufacturer with whom we have been in contact for a long time. Because of this, our staff have acquired appropriate skills in the operation of machines, they do not need to acquire new knowledge to operate them. The other advantage is that the machines fit flexibly into our machine park and are suitable for the production of a variety of products. Assessment criteria for our company: — SME with high growth potential — Export-oriented SME — Innovative SME (R & D & I activity) — the enterprise has an environmental and quality management system — The enterprise has a production management system, production programming system or this type of development is carried out in the framework of this project — our company is not affected by an irregularity resulting from a financial correction. Pályázatunk célterülete „új eszközök, gépek beszerzése, új technológiai rendszerek és kapacitások kialakítása, amely keretében 10 db ENSHU GE480H CNC Horizontális megmunkáló központot szerzünk be. A megmunkáló- központok beszerzése termelési kapacitásaink bővítését eredményezi, elsősorban export piacaink bővítéséhez járul hozzá. A beszerezni kívánt gépekkel a Volkswagen AG számára aggregáttartó alkatrészt fogunk gyártani. A projekt előkészítési szakaszában feltérképeztük a hazai gépgyártók és forgalmazók kínálatát, bekértük a szükséges ajánlatokat. A gépek kiválasztása szakmai szempontok alapján történt, figyelembe véve a műszaki tartalmat, az ár-érték arányt, valamint a gyártási folyamatainkhoz való illeszkedést. Ezen szempontok alapján a GE-CO Hungary Kft. gépeire esett a választásunk. Az ENSHU GE480He CNC horizontális megmunkáló központ a kisebb vízszintes megmunkáló központok közé tartozik. A gép ágya nagy merevséggel bír. 90 méter/perces gyorsaságának köszönhetően a termelés időtartama nagymértékben lecsökken. Palettaváltója biztosítja a munkafolyamat alatti munkadarab cseréjét, ezzel is megnövelve hatékonyságát. A HSK-A 63 típusú szerszámbefogóval elkerülhető a rezgések által okozott hibás termékgyártás. Műszaki jellemzői: - főorsó fordulatszám: 15 000 ford./perc - mozgástartományok: x-y-z tengely: 800 mm, - max. befordítható munkatér méret: 800*1000 mm - gyorsjáratok: 90 000 mm/min. 60 db BT40-es szerszám befogadására alkalmas, amellyel a komplexebb darabok megmunkálása is lehetővé válik. Az asztal 500 kg-ig terhelhető. Vezérlés: FANUC F31iM. A korszerű, prémium kategóriás berendezések beszerzése lehetővé teszi a gyártási folyamatok optimalizációját, valamint a kapacitások bővítését, ezáltal a jelenlegi piaci pozíciónk további erősítésén túl új piaci szegmenseket is elérhetünk mind a hazai mind pedig a nemzetközi piacon. A gépeket az apci telephelyünkön az új gyártóbázisunkban fogjuk üzembe helyezni, a berendezések telepítéséhez szükséges hely és infrastruktúra biztosított. Jelen projekt keretében beszerzendő gépek olyan gyártótól származnak, akikkel hosszú távú idő óta vagyunk kapcsolatban. Emiatt a gépek kezelésében munkatársaink megfelelő jártasságot szereztek, a működtetéshez nem kell új ismereteket elsajátítaniuk. A másik előny ebből adódóan, hogy a gépek rugalmasan illeszkednek gépparkunkba, többféle termék előállítására alkalmasak. Cégünket érintő értékelési szempontok: - Nagy növekedési potenciállal rendelkező KKV - Export-orientált KKV - Innovatív KKV (K+F+I tevékenység) - a vállalkozás rendelkezik környezet- és minőségirányítási rendszerrel - A vállalkozás rendelkezik termelés-irányítási, termelésprogramozási rendszerrel vagy jelen projekt keretében sor kerül ilyen típusú fejlesztésre - vállalkozásunk pénzügyi korrekciót eredményezett szabálytalansággal nem érintett.
