St. Andrew’s Brewery is a member of the Hungarian Gastro Map Cluster, which also demonstrates the recognition of our products and guarantees that the good reputation of Szentadras beer is enhanced by these appearances. The cluster is currently accredited. Our company has a HACCP certificate, which has been exhibited at the predecessor Deposit Company, but of course it is also valid for the present applicant. Within the framework of the project, we intend to introduce a corporate governance system consisting of the following modules: Controlling and decision support functional specification The controlling and decision support system will be able to: assist the staff of the controlling department or the management, optimising the necessary labour input; enable the automation of certain workflows and support their implementation; help increase the company’s operational efficiency. Procurement, logistics area functional specification Purchasing-logistics system that will be able to: assist in the work of staff performing procurement and logistics tasks, optimising the necessary labour input; enable the automation of certain workflows and support their implementation; help increase the company’s operational efficiency. Financial, accounting area functional specification The financial, accounting system in this case means a software, software component that will be able to: Continuously monitor the undertaking’s economic and financial performance as required by the relevant financial and accounting legislation and comply with reporting and accounting requirements; Maintain an ongoing up-to-date status of the firm’s obligations as suppliers and customers’ claims and support the firm’s financial planning by drawing up short- and longer-term liquidity plans; Ensure the recording, management and valuation of tangible assets owned by the company; Enable the automation of certain workflows and support their implementation; Support the improvement of the company’s operational efficiency; Support the work of financial staff, optimising the necessary labour input. A Szent András Sörfőzde tagja a Magyar Gasztro Térkép Klaszternek, mely tény szintén mutatja termékeink elismertségét és garantálja, hogy ezen megjelenések által is öregbítsük a szentadrási sör jó hírét. A klaszter akkreditációja jelenleg zajlik. Cégünk rendelkezik HACCP tanúsítvánnyal, mely még a jogelőd Betéti Társaságra került kiállításra kiállításra, viszont természetesen jelen pályázóra is érvényes. A projekt keretén belül vállalatirányítási rendszert kívánunk bevezetni, mely az alábbi modulokból áll: Kontrolling és döntéstámogatás funkcionális specifikáció A kontrolling- és döntéstámogatási rendszer alkalmas lesz arra, hogy: segítse a kontrolling osztály munkatársainak vagy a cégvezetésnek a munkáját, optimalizálva a szükséges munkaerő ráfordítást; lehetővé tegye bizonyos munkafolyamatok automatizálását, támogassa azok végrehajtását; segítse a cég működési hatékonyságának növelését. Beszerzési, logisztikai terület funkcionális specifikáció A beszerzési-logisztikai rendszer amely alkalmas lesz arra, hogy: segítse a beszerzési, logisztikai feladatokat ellátó munkatársak munkáját, optimalizálva a szükséges munkaerő ráfordítást; lehetővé tegye bizonyos munkafolyamatok automatizálását, támogassa azok végrehajtását; segítse a cég működési hatékonyságának növelését. Pénzügyi, számviteli terület funkcionális specifikáció A pénzügyi, számviteli rendszer ebben az esetben egy olyan szoftvert, szoftver-komponenst jelent, amely alkalmas lesz arra, hogy: A releváns pénzügyi és számviteli jogszabályok elvárásainak megfelelően folyamatosan követi a vállalkozás üzemgazdasági- és pénzügyi eredményességét, valamint megfelel a beszámolási-könyvvezetési előírásoknak; Folyamatosan aktuális állapotot mutat a vállalkozás szállítói kötelezettségeiről és vevői követeléseiről, továbbá a rövid- és hosszabb távú likviditási tervek készítésével támogatja a vállalkozás pénzügyi tervezhetőségét; Biztosítsa a vállalat tulajdonában lévő tárgyi eszköz nyilvántartását, kezelését és értékelését; Tegye lehetővé bizonyos munkafolyamatok automatizálását, támogassa azok végrehajtását; Támogassa a cég működési hatékonyságának növelését; Támogassa a pénzügyi munkatársak munkáját, optimalizálva a szükséges munkaerő ráfordítást.
