Li Pack Kereskedelmi and Service Ltd., as a manufacturer of wood packaging material, has been producing single-way pallets on an automatic nailing machine since May 2015. This technology is a more productive, cost-effective, technically forward-looking process than the manual production previously used in our company. In 2015 there were 35000 single-way pallets, 120000 in 2016. Our 2017 plan is to produce 180000 pallets. Li Pack Kft. recognised the business and growth potential of this market segment. This application is mainly aimed at developing the manufacturing technology of pallets. We strive to serve the needs of our existing business partners more widely and to cooperate more closely with new multinational partners. Our partners came up with a significant artificially-dried pallet demand. Very few manufacturers have high quality dried palettes on the domestic market. Our partners can obtain the desired products at home with difficulty, with constant complaints problems, or from Western European imports. In order to meet the needs of our customers for higher quality products, we plan to purchase equipment suitable for further processing of wood. By purchasing the units, we create heavy manual work, and automation significantly improves the efficiency of production costs. We are convinced that with the current investment and capacity expansion, we increase our domestic market share, we improve the added value of our products, and our company continues to grow. Automation allows us to manage our human resources more efficiently and to manage our ever-increasing wage costs by increasing productivity. Our existing corporate management system supports the market introduction of our old and new products in accordance with the requirements of the professional annex 10 of the call (Company CRM, functional specification in the sales area; Functional specification of procurement, logistics area; Manufacturing area functional specification; Financial, accounting functional specification). In support of these we have attached our customer, invoice and specification issued by the supplier of the system we use. We have introduced and applied an integrated quality and environmental management system for industrial packaging machines, packaging systems and packaging materials; production of pallets, wooden boxes and wooden cauldrons (MSZ EN ISO 9001:2009, MSZ EN ISO 14001:2005). Li Pack Kereskedelmi és Szolgáltató Kft faipari csomagolóanyag gyártójaként 2015 májusától állít elő automata szegezőgépen egyutas raklapokat. Ez a technológia a társaságunknál korábban alkalmazott kézi gyártásnál egy lényegesen termelékenyebb, költséghatékonyabb, műszakilag előremutatóbb eljárás. 2015-ben 35000 db, 2016-ban 120000 db egyutas raklap készült. 2017-es tervünk 180000 db raklap előállítása. Li Pack Kft. felismerte ebben a piaci szegmensben rejlő üzleti és növekedési potenciált. Jelen pályázatunk jórészt raklapok gyártási technológiájának fejlesztésére irányul. A meglévő üzleti partnereink igényeinek szélesebb körű kiszolgálására és új multinacionális partnerekkel történő szorosabb együttműködésre törekszünk. Partnereink jelentős műszárított raklapigénnyel álltak elő. Magas minőségű, szárított palettával a hazai piacon nagyon kevés gyártó rendelkezik. Partnereink a kívánt termékeket idehaza csak nehezen, állandó reklamációs problémákkal küszködve, ill. nyugat-európai importból tudják beszerezni. Vevőink magasabb minőségű termékek iránti igényeinek kielégítése érdekében a faanyag további feldolgozására alkalmas berendezések vásárlását tervezzük. Az egységek megvásárlásával nehéz, manuálisan végzett fizikai munkát váltunk ki, az automatizálás következtében jelentősen javul az előállítás költség hatékonysága. Meggyőződésünk, hogy a jelenlegi beruházással, kapacitásbővítéssel növeljük hazai piaci részesedésünket, javítjuk termékeink hozzáadott értékét, tovább növekszik vállalatunk. Az automatizálások következtében hatékonyabban tudunk gazdálkodni humán erőforrásunkkal és a termelékenység növelésével ki tudjuk gazdálkodni az egyre növekvő bérköltségünket. Meglévő vállalatirányítási rendszerünk a felhívás 10. számú szakmai melléklete által támasztott követelményeknek megfelelve segíti régi és új termékeink piaci bevezetését (Vállalati CRM, értékesítési terület funkcionális specifikáció; Beszerzési, logisztikai terület funkcionális specifikáció; Gyártási terület funkcionális specifikáció; Pénzügyi, számviteli terület funkcionális specifikáció). Ezek alátámasztására csatoltuk megrendelőnket, számlát és az általunk használt rendszer szállítója által kiadott specifikációját. Integrált minőség-, és környezetmenedzsment rendszer vezettünk be és alkalmazunk ipari csomagológépek, csomagolórendszerek, csomagolóanyagok kereskedelme; raklap, faláda és fakaloda gyártása területeken (MSZ EN ISO 9001:2009, MSZ EN ISO 14001:2005).
