The main activity of Som-Plast Kft. is 22.29 Manufacture of other plastic products. Its machine fleet allows small (prototype) and serial production from 1-2 grams to 7.6 kg, but in order to meet the constantly growing customer needs as quickly and smoothly as possible, we need further expansion that we intend to implement in the framework of this project. The implementation site of the project is Kecskemét Daimler út 8683/404, where production is still taking place. Thanks to previous developments, the infrastructural status of the site is appropriate for the extension of the machinery fleet and the installation of the new machine. The technology is based on the fact that plastic granules and blocks are based on injection molding, plastic smelting, machining, forming and moulding, as well as the many years of experience of our company and the knowledge of our experts, we intend to produce almost any plastic products based on the needs of our customers. Most of the plastics industry depends on: machine park, plastic raw material quality and expert knowledge. The company operates with ISO9001 and ISO14001 certification, which is attached to this data sheet. Our goal is to further develop a production management and decision support system. The proposal is based on the Smart Control production management and decision support system. All the development tasks included in the tender give the ‘existing’ system new functionality and is closely linked to an existing system. The main developments are: • Extensive introduction of a data collection platform: For 20 machines, tool locks monitoring, data collection, tablet-completed due to immediate recording of downtimes, shift instructions, assembly instructions and machine traceability of production. • Follow-up of employee presence: Who is in the immediate vicinity of a given production device with a bluetooth solution for the most problematic 4 production devices. • Calculation: Automatic scrap count based on a camera image (how many pieces were placed in the compartments containing the cull for the 4 selected production devices. • Cooling water temperature monitoring: Two locations selected, sampling every 10 seconds. • Automatic updating of stock based on machine and manual data of the assembly plant and plastic plant (e.g. assembly, material loss). • Web dashboard to review the production processes, to be able to track it, as a further development of the current operating monitor. • Forecast of expected completion of manufacturing processes: Further development of the current manual production design interface.     A Som-Plast Kft. fő tevékenysége 22.29 Egyéb műanyag termék gyártása. Gépparkja lehetővé teszi az 1-2 grammos termékektől a 7,6 kg-os termékekig történő kis darabszámú (prototípus) és szériagyártást, de ahhoz, hogy a folyamatosan növekvő vevői igényeket minél gyorsabban és gördülékenyebben ki tudjuk elégíteni, ahhoz további bővítésre van szükségünk, amelyet ezen projekt keretében kívánunk megvalósítani. A projekt megvalósítási helyszíne Kecskemét Daimler út 8683/404 ahol jelenleg is folyik a termelés. A korábbi fejlesztéseknek köszönhetően az telephely infrastrukturális állapota megfelelő a géppark bővítésére és az új gép üzembe helyezésére. A magasabb feldolgozottsági szintű termékek gyártásával a hozzáadott-érték növelhető, így az olcsóbb alapanyagból drágább, minőségi végtermékek készíthetőek. A technológia azon alapul, hogy a műanyag granulátum és tömb alapanyagból fröccsöntéssel, műanyag-olvasztással, megmunkálással, alakítással és formába öntésével, valamint a vállalkozásunk sokéves tapasztalatán és szakértőink tudásán alapulva a termelő gépek segítségével szinte bármilyen műanyagipari terméket elő kívánunk állítani a felmerült vevői igények alapján. A műanyag iparban az alábbiakon múlik a legtöbb: géppark, műanyag alapanyag minősége és szakértői tudás. A vállalkozás ISO9001 és ISO14001 tanúsítással működik, melyet jelen adatlap mellé csatoltunk. Egy termelésirányítási és döntéstámogató rendszer továbbfejlesztése a célunk. Az ajánlat alapját a Smart Control termelésirányítási és döntéstámogató rendszer képezi. Az ajánlatban szereplő valamennyi fejlesztési feladat a „meglévő” rendszert ruházza fel új funkcionalitással, ill. szorosan kapcsolódik meglévő rendszerhez. A főbb fejlesztések: • Adatgyűjtő platform széleskörű bevezetése: 20 db gépre, szerszámzárások figyelése, adatgyűjtés, tablet-el kiegészítve az állásidők azonnali rögzíthetősége, műszakutasítások, összeszerelési utasítások és termelés gép mellett történő nyomon követhetősége miatt. • Dolgozói jelenlét követése: Ki tartózkodik az adott termelőeszköz közvetlen közelében, bluetooth alapú megoldással, a legproblémásabb 4 db termelőeszközre. • Selejtszámlálás: Kamerakép alapján automatikus selejtszámlálás (hány darabot helyeztek a kijelölt 4 db termelőeszköznél a selejtet tartalmazó rekeszekbe. • Hűtővíz hőmérséklet követése: Két db kiválasztott helyszínen, 10 másodpercenkénti mintavételezéssel. • Raktárkészlet automatikus frissítése az összeszerelő üzem és a műanyagüzem gépi és manuálisan rögzített adatai alapján (pl. összeszerelés, anyagfogyás). • Webes dashboard a gyártási folyamatok áttekintése, követhetősége végett, a jelenlegi üzemi monitor továbbfejlesztéseként. • Gyártási folyamatok várható befejezésének előrejelzése: A jelenlegi manuális gyártástervező felület továbbfejlesztése.
