With the implementation of the present development, our company intends to expand its plastic processing capacity in such a way as to improve the quality of the products produced, increase the efficiency of production and reduce the amount of energy used. VA Elektronika Zrt. is a small company with high growth potential. This is justified by an increase of 27.2 % between its 2013 net turnover and its 2015 net turnover. It is also export oriented, as the ratio of export turnover in 2015 to net turnover in 2015 is 26.4 %. The development is carried out by VA Elektronika Zrt. at its site in Fieldtúr, in a free business zone. Since 1994, the Company has operated and certified a quality management system according to the requirements of ISO 9001. The reality of the development is that both domestic and foreign markets require the production of high-quality products made from technical plastic materials. This is confirmed by the recent needs of our partners (Zarges Kft., Bíró Kft., Daum GmbH). Serving these extra needs can no longer be achieved safely with the company’s current machine fleet and its technical standards. It is necessary to improve the preparation and processing of plastic raw materials. We intend to develop the preparation of raw materials with 5 movable drying equipment with absorption principles, which is suitable for the proper descending of technical plastic granules with hygroscopic properties. Thanks to its mobile installation, you can easily migrate to any injection moulding machine. The development of the preparation includes the master blend dispenser installed on newly procured injection moulding machines, with which it is intended to replace the manual coloring of the raw materials as an external working phase. For the development of plastic processing we plan to purchase 8 modern injection moulding machines of 3 different sizes. Economical production is ensured by the servo-hydraulic drive of the machines, which always regulates the speed of the drive motor according to the current requirements, and thus the energy consumption can be up to 50 % of the energy consumption of conventional machines. Processing is facilitated by the tool-tempering equipment installed on the machines, with the help of which the technical parameters of the production and therefore the quality of the product can be considered homogeneous throughout the production period. The guarantee of the feasibility of the development is that VA Elektronika Zrt. has been processing plastics for more than 40 years, our staff have the right knowledge and experience in the field, and many have participated in various plastic processing courses and trainings. The control of each injection moulding machine to be procured in connection with the development can provide objective data about production. During the development, we will develop the processing of this data and its evaluation with our production management system. This will implement IPAR 4.0. (English)

    Jelen fejlesztés megvalósításával Társaságunk bővíteni kívánja műanyag feldolgozó kapacitását oly módon, hogy az előállított termékek mennyiségi növekedése mellett javuljon azok minősége, növekedjen a termelés hatékonysága és mindezek mellett csökkenjen a felhasznált energia mennyisége is. A VA Elektronika Zrt. nagy növekedési potenciállal rendelkező kisvállalat. Ezt igazolja, hogy 2013. évi nettó árbevétele és a 2015. évi nettó árbevétele között 27,2% növekedést ért el. Exportorientált is, mivel a 2015. év export árbevételének és a 2015. év nettó árbevételének aránya 26,4%. A fejlesztést a VA Elektronika Zrt. a mezőtúri telephelyén, szabad vállalkozási zónában valósítja meg. A Társaság 1994. óta az ISO 9001 szabvány előírásai szerinti minőségirányítási rendszert üzemeltet és tanúsíttat. A fejlesztés realitását az adja, hogy belföldi és külföldi piacon egyaránt van igény jó minőségű műszaki műanyag alapanyagból készült termékek előállítására. Ezt támasztja alá partnereink (Zarges Kft., Bíró Kft., DAUM GmbH) elmúlt időszakban jelentkező igénye is. Ezeknek a többlet igényeknek kiszolgálása a cég jelenlegi gépparkjával és annak technikai színvonalán már nem valósítható meg biztonságosan. A megvalósításhoz szükséges a műanyag alapanyagok előkészítésének és a feldolgozásának fejlesztése. Alapanyagok előkészítésének fejlesztését 5 db abszorpciós elven működő mobil szárítóberendezéssel kívánjuk megvalósítani, mely a higroszkopikus tulajdonságokkal rendelkező műszaki műanyag granulátumok megfelelő leszárítására alkalmas. Mobil kiépítésének köszönhetően könnyedén áttelepíthető bármelyik fröccsöntő géphez. Az előkészítés fejlesztéséhez tartozik az újonnan beszerzendő fröccsöntőgépekre installált mesterkeverék adagoló berendezés, mellyel az alapanyagok külső munkafázisként végrehajtott manuális színezését hivatott kiváltani. A műanyag feldolgozás fejlesztéséhez 8 db , 3 különböző méretű modern fröccsöntőgép beszerzését tervezzük. A gazdaságos gyártást a gépek szervohidraulikus meghajtása biztosítja, mely mindig az éppen aktuális igények szerint szabályozza a meghajtómotor fordulatszámát, és ezáltal az energiafogyasztás a hagyományos gépek energiafogyasztásának akár 50%-a is lehet.A feldolgozást segíti a gépekhez telepített szerszámtemperáló berendezés, melyek segítségével a gyártás technikai paraméterei, és ez által a gyártmány minősége a gyártás teljes időszakában homogénnek tekinthető. A fejlesztés megvalósíthatóságának biztosítéka, hogy a VA Elektronika Zrt. több mint 40 éve végez műanyag feldolgozást, munkatársaink megfelelő tudással, tapasztalattal bírnak a témakörben, többen részt vettek különböző műanyag feldolgozást segítő tanfolyamokon, képzéseken. A fejlesztés kapcsán beszerzendő fröccsöntőgépek mindegyikének vezérlése képes objektív adatokat szolgáltatni a termelésről.A fejl. megval. során kiépítjük ezen adatok feldolgozását és a termelésirányítási rendszerünkkel történő kiértékelését.
