IV For removal, a forklift is used. The container lift will be used as a tilting superstructure of our existing truck to move semi-finished and finished goods. V. The iron machining line will generate significant energy use. We will provide alternative energy production with the help of a small power plant of a household size. VI Our company already operates corporate management software, which covers some features. During the project, the current software solutions will be replaced by a complete IPAR 4.0 solution linking production and corporate management. This involves the development of six functional target areas. These target areas are: corporate CRM sales, human resources and management, controlling and decision support systems, procurement and logistics, support for remote and group work, and electronic document management.     A projekt keretében a következő eszközöket tervezzük megvásárolni: - vizes osztályozó berendezés és depózó szalagok, melyek nagy minőségű alapanyag-feldolgozást tesznek lehetővé, és azok depózását oldják meg; - láncos kotró és gumikerekes homlokrakodó – melyekkel az alapanyagok rakodását és tárolását biztosítjuk; - a hídmérleggel a kiadott mennyiségeket rögzítjük, és az adatot továbbítjuk a vállalatirányítási rendszernek; - a padkahengert a depózásnál és az anyagmozgató berendezések közlekedése során keletkező terepegyenetlenségek javítására használjuk; - 50 kWp HMKE napelem segítségével a megvásárolni tervezett gépek részére kívánjuk biztosítani az elhasznált elektromos energia egy részét Cégünk a tervezett projekt során a egy technológia láncot szeretne megvalósítani a következő elemekkel: I az alapanyag feldolgozásához használt gépek és eszközök (pofás törő, osztályozó berendezés); II az ezeket kiszolgáló anyagmozgató gépek (hidraulikus láncos kotró, gumikerekes kotró); III a feldolgozott és szétosztályozott alapanyagokból a mobil betonkeverőn keresztül félkész termékek készülnek, melyeket a megfelelő és tervezett vasalás után (ezt szolgálja a kengyelhajlító betonvas-megmunkáló eszköz) zsalu formákba öntünk (betonblokk-zsaluzat, illetve falzsaluzat); így nyerik el a végtermék a végső formáját. IV A kitároláshoz egy targoncát használunk. A konténer-emelő a meglévő teherautónk billenő felépítményeként fogjuk használni a félkész és kész áruk mozgatásához. V. A vasmegmunkáló gépsor jelentős energiafelhasználást fog előidézni. Ehhez egy háztartási méretű kis erőmű segítségével alternatív energia előállítást fogunk biztosítani. VI Cégünk jelenleg már működtet vállalatirányítási szoftvert, mely néhány funkciót lefed. A projekt során a jelenlegi szoftver-megoldásokat egy komplett, a gyártást és vállalati gazdálkodást összekötő IPAR 4.0 megoldással fogjuk cserélni. Ez hat funkcionális célterület kialakítását jelenti. Ezek a célterületek: vállalati CRM értékesítés, humánerőforrás és menedzsment, kontrolling és döntéstámogatási rendszer, beszerzés és logisztika, táv- és csoportmunkák támogatása, és elektronikus iratkezelés.
