It has air-cooled disc brakes, 2 brake calipers, and a work brake and stop brake are installed to brake the base coil. For the adjustable length and width of the coil, an automatic end-signalling puller is also installed. Electrical supply of the control cabinet 380/400 V, 3 phase, 50 Hz. The machine bears the CE marking and the certificate of conformity in accordance with Regulation No 21/1998 (IV) IKIM and complies with the European Directives. The LCD display of the machine has an operating interface in Hungarian, it has automatic settings and a meter counter. The machine operates with electropneumatic valves, after a start signal, the machine automatically trimmes, presses and rolls the coils with the specified parameters. After wrapping, the product is wrapped with the help of the tunnel-system, 12.5 kW wrapper, so the machine produces a finished product packed straight. In addition, a household-sized, 24.96 kW photovoltaic solar system installed on the roof will be installed with the installation of 96 260 Wp Luxor Ecoline LX260 solar modules and a Samil Power Solar Lake 25000TL-PM inverter suitable for system performance, with a power of 25 kVA. Based on the consumption data of recent years, the solar system has been scaled in such a way that its entire production is used in the building concerned, so no electricity is sold. Furthermore, a production management and production programming system will be put in place under this project. (English)

A max lineáris gyorsaság 260 m/perc. 4 különálló elektronikus méterszámláló van az automata megállításhoz, és végjelzés készítéshez. Ezek mellett kiépítésre kerül egy tetőre telepített háztartási méretű, 24,96 kW teljesítményű fotovoltaikus napelemes rendszer 96 db 260 Wp-s Luxor EcoLine LX260 típusú napelem modul felszerelésével, illetve a rendszer teljesítményéhez megfelelő Samil Power Solar Lake 25000TL-PM típusú inverterrel, melynek teljesítménye 25 kVA. A napelemes rendszer az elmúlt évek fogyasztási adatai alapján úgy lett méretezve, hogy annak teljes termelése az adott épületben felhasználásra kerül, így villamos energia értékesítés nem történik.
