We want to realise the following: —2pcs TruLaser 3030 fiber laser cutting machine — max 900 kg, for precision cutting of 3000x1500x115 mm plates -2pcs TruBend 3066 edge bending machine — for post-cut shape shaping, press force 660kN, positioning accuracy 0.01-0.05-0.1 mm -1db PCL100A hydraulic press — for shape shaping parts that do not require CNC technology, compressive force 100 t -1 pcs FP40P excenter press for plate forming works, compressive force 40 t -2pcs welding robot system for assembly after shape shaping, robot arm projection 1 420 mm, repetition accuracy + 0.08 mm, welding parameters 100 % reproducible -1pcs Soldamatic welding training simulator to improve manual welding quality -3pcs CATERPILLAR GP25N gas forklift for raw material/finished goods (load capacity) 2 500 kg)-1pcs TOYOTA BT AUTOPILOT TAE50 semi-automatic transport-traction truck (load capacity 140 kg, towable weight 500 kg) -3-3pcs TOYOTA STAXIO SWE100 and SWE120 forklifts for basic/finished goods (load capacity 1 000 kg; 1 200 kg) -1pcs ER16 self-propelled front loader for loading the finished goods on an injurious truck — 1pcs serial pallet racking system (EUR 54pcs) -3pcs HP Workstation Z240 TWR design computer -2pcs Fujitsu PYRX2540 server + related software (more data security, speed) -mechanical halls 9 (588 m²) and 10 (588 m²) (connected with the open space covered at the entire building length + 288 m²) — we use INFOR COM ERP system: Corporate CRM, sales; Manufacturing; Controlling and decision support; Procurement and logistics; Financial accounting — meets the requirements of Annex 10. As a result of the project, we will have an advanced automated intelligent production management and decision support system based on the analysis and processing of objectively collected data from production. By building a link between the technologies to be procured, the system is able to collect, process, evaluate and transmit the results of the data collected from the machines, without human intervention, so that a more optimal production plan can be prepared and flexible to respond to possible shortages and malfunctions. We have 3 offers for each project element, the technical content is equivalent. Prior to the procurement, we will carry out a public procurement procedure involving FAKSZ in a national open procedure. The construction is subject to authorisation (application submitted on 22/02/2017) and there is no need for authorisation to put the machinery into service. The professional competence of the owners is unquestionable. (English)

A projekt eredményeként rendelkezni fogunk termelésből objektív módon gyűjtött adatok elemzésén és feldolgozásán alapuló, fejlett automatizáltságú intelligens termelésirányítási és döntéstámogató rendszerrel. A beszerzésre kerülő technológiák közötti kapcsolat kiépítésével megvalósuló rendszer képes a gépekből gyűjtött adatok gyűjtésére, feldolgozására, kiértékelésére és az eredmények továbbítására, emberi beavatkozás nélkül, így optimálisabb gyártási terv készíthető és rugalmas a reagálás az esetleg készlethiányokra, üzemzavarokra. Minden projektelemre min 3db ajánlattal rendelkezünk, a műszaki tartalom egyenértékű. A beszerzések előtt FAKSZ bevonásával nemzeti, nyílt eljárás keretében közbeszerzést fogunk lefolytatni. Az építés engedélyköteles (kérelem 2017.02.22-én benyújtva), a gépek üzembe helyezéséhez nincs szükség engedélyre. A tulajdonosok szakmai hozzáértése megkérdőjelezhetetlen. (Hungarian)
