The machine calculates the raw material needs, is able to communicate with the help of its software the production preparation and management system, thereby providing the basics of the modern product production ability and its progressive development. The innovative technology is a guarantee of high quality of production — the AMADA machine is the market leader in laser cutting. As part of the development, 1 corporate governance system is planned: The modules of the system ensure the achievement of a centralised system of financial, manufacturing, accounting and other administrative tasks. Today, due to the size of the company’s plant and the coordination of the various activities, the adaptation of the system has become indispensable. Detailed technical parameters and descriptions are included in the enclosed quotation. The preparation of the project has already started in 2016: the development concept was developed on the basis of a market demand assessment. Cost calculations and recovery calculations have been made to request quotations. The steps for the implementation of the project (asset purchase and system design) can be summarised as follows: — making an order — conclusion of a contract — purchase of technology — installation — financial performance — project closure Special technical standard is not relevant for the implementation of the project. Thanks to the automatic operation of the machine, the manufacturer complies with domestic and EU standards. During the maintenance of the project, the expected technical standards can be achieved by continuous maintenance of the machine and keeping it in good condition, so that they can always achieve the best quality. A gép kiszámolja az alapanyag szükségletet, képes kommunikálni szoftvere segítségével a termelés előkészítés, irányítási rendszerrel, ezáltal biztosítja a korszerű termék előállítási képesség alapjait és annak fokozatos fejlődését. Az innovatív technológia garancia a gyártás magas minőségére - az AMADA gép piacvezető a lézervágás terén. A fejlesztés keretében 1 vállalatirányítási rendszer bevezetése tervezett: A rendszer moduljai a pénzügyi, gyártás, könyvelés, és egyéb adminisztratív feladatok központosított rendszerének elérését biztosítják. Mára már a vállalkozás üzemmérete miatt és a különféle tevékenységek koordinálása miatt elengedhetetlenné vált a rendszer adaptálása. A részletes műszaki paramétereket, ismertetőt a csatolt árajánlat tartalmazza. A projekt előkészítését már 2016 évben megkezdte a vállalkozás: piaci igény felmérése alapján született meg a fejlesztési elképzelés. Megtörténtek a költségkalkulációk és megtérülési számítások elkészítése az árajánlatok megkérése. A projekt megvalósításának lépései (eszközbeszerzés és rendszer kialakítás) az alábbiak szerint összegezhetők: - megrendelés megtétele - szerződés megkötése - technológia beszerzése - üzembe helyezés - pénzügyi teljesítés - projektzárás A projekt megvalósítása kapcsán speciális műszaki standard nem releváns. A gyártó gép automata működésének köszönhetően megfelel a hazai és EU normáknak. A projekt fenntartása során az elvárt műszaki standardok a gép folyamatos karbantartásával, megfelelő állapotban tartásával érhetőek el, hogy mindig a legjobb minőségű teljesítésre legyenek képesek.
