Production management, controlling and decision support system: optimisation of administration The hall necessary for storing, protecting and working equipment will also be built. The hall will have a 715 m² multifunctional interior. Unit costs per square metre range between HUF 95,000 and HUF 100,000/m². On the management side, the project does not carry any risk, since as general contractor they have considerable experience in the field of manufacturing and application of metal structures, and they also have a qualified workforce. According to their preliminary calculations, the project will have a significant added-value effect on the company. The value added in 2015 was 212,981 MFt. Thanks to the development, it can reach 371 MFt in 2019, while the value added per capita will rise from 14.2 MFt to 14.9 Mt. Preparatory activities carried out: preparation of plans related to real estate investment, start of authorisation, registration of the new site. The company has BS EN ISO 9001:2009 quality management system, MSZ EN ISO 14001:2005 environmental management system and MSZ 28001:2008 (BS OHSAS 18001:2007) occupational health and safety management system, the certificate of which is attached to the application. In the framework of this project, the company develops its intelligent production management and decision support system based on the analysis and processing of objectively collected data from production. The company’s ownership consists of more than 51 % of young entrepreneurs (under the age of 35). To prove this, the articles of association and the extract from the company are attached as an annex to the tender. (English)

Termelésirányítási, kontrolling és döntéstámogató rendszer: adminisztráció optimalizálása Az eszközök tárolásához, megóvásához, munkavégzéshez szükséges csarnok megépítésére is sor kerül. A csarnok 715 m2-es többfunkciós belső térrel fog rendelkezni. Az egy négyzetméterre jutó fajlagos költség 95.000-100.000 Ft/m2 között mozog. A menedzsment oldaláról a projekt nem hordoz kockázatot, hiszen generálkivitelezőként jelentős tapasztalattal rendelkeznek a fémszerkezetek gyártásnak és alkalmazásának területén és a megfelelő képzettségű munkaerő is rendelkezésükre áll. Előzetes kalkulációik szerint a projekt jelentős hozzáadott-érték növelő hatással lesz a cégre. A hozzáadott érték 2015-ben 212,981 MFt volt. A fejlesztés révén 2019-ben számításaink szerint elérheti a 371 MFt-ot, míg az egy főre jutó hozzáadott érték a 14,2 MFt-ról 14, 9 MFt-ra emelkedik. Az elvégzett előkészítési tevékenységek: ingatlan beruházáshoz kapcsolódó tervek elkészítése, engedélyeztetés elindítása, az új telephely bejegyzése. A vállalkozás rendelkezik BS EN ISO 9001:2009 minőségirányítási rendszerrel, MSZ EN ISO 14001:2005 környezetirányítási rendszerrel és MSZ 28001:2008 (BS OHSAS 18001:2007) munkahelyi egészségvédelem és biztonság irányítási rendszerrel, melyekről a tanúsítvány a pályázat mellékleteként csatolásra került. A vállalkozás jelen projekt keretében fejleszti termelésből objektív módon gyűjtött adatok elemzésén és feldolgozásán alapuló, fejlett automatizáltságú intelligens termelésirányítási és döntéstámogató rendszerét. A vállalkozás tulajdonosi köre 51%-ot meghaladó mértékben fiatal (35 év alatti) vállalkozókból áll. Ennek igazolására a pályázat mellékleteként a társasági szerződés és a cégkivonat csatolásra került. (Hungarian)
