The project of “AUTÓPRESS” Ltd. is aimed at 3 target areas. 1. Acquisition of new equipment, machinery, development of new technological systems and capacities. Within this target area we buy 2 production machines (1 pcs 1 rulaser 8000 (L63) type laser cutting machine with a value of 310,241000 Ft, 1 integ REX-i-200 ST metal lathe, value of which is 162.136.000 Ft.) Target area 2: Information technology development-hardware: within the framework of this target area, the hardware tools necessary for the implementation of the complex production management system are purchased, the value of which is 3 634 000 HUF. Target area 3: Information technology development software-within this target area, we acquire software related to the complex production management system, the value of which is: HUF 44,061.562. The technology is already perfectly familiar with the enterprise since the company has a 4pcs laser cutting machine. However, these machines can handle materials up to 2 000 mm x 4 000 mm. Unfortunately, this is not enough for the market they want to enter. The laser cutting equipment that you would like to purchase in the framework of this project is 2 500 mm x 8 000 mm and its palette. This is a huge advantage in this segment, since with this machine and with the right material, a part can be solved from a single piece. This machine could increase productivity by 25 %, which is a huge advantage not only in this region but also in the country. With the turning machine, the company also wants to increase its productivity. In the case of machining within the series production, most of the time is to unload the parts in and out of the machine. This time would be greatly reduced by this modern lathe machine. This is actually two machines in one because it combines the advantages of lathe and milling machine. With its adaptors, there is almost no downtime, the production becomes continuous and thus very productive. Our production could increase by 20 % compared to the current one. With this machine, the company would be justified in price competitions where they have not yet been able to prevail. Content assessment criteria: Our company has ISO 9001:2001 Quality Management System, from which the certificate is attached to the tender. The enterprise is an SME with high growth potential. As part of the project, an investment is also carried out in connection with the production of the final product for the production of renewable energy, since with the machines to be procured, the company will be able to produce the family of the self-developed AP-type biomass-fired boiler, and the related documentation has been attached to the application form. “AUTÓPRESS” Ltd. will implement the complex production management system within the framework of this project, as a result of which the company will have an advanced automated intelligent crop management and decision support system based on the analysis and processing of objectively collected data from production. Az "AUTÓPRESS" Kft. projektje 3 célterületre irányul. 1. Új eszközök, gépek beszerzése, új technológiai rendszerek és kapacitások kialakítása. Ezen célterületen belül 2 db termelő gépet vásárolunk (1 db 1 db rulaser 8000 (L63) típusú lézervágógép, amelynek értéke 310.241000 Ft, 1 db INTEG REX-i-200 ST típusú fémipari eszterga gép, amelynek értéke 162.136.000 Ft.) 2. célterület: Információs technológia fejlesztés-hardver: ezen célterület keretein belül kerülnek megvásárlásra a komplex termelésirányítási rendszer bevezetéséhez szükséges hardver eszközök, amelyeknek értéke 3.634.000 Ft. 3. célterület: Információs technológia fejlesztés szoftver-ezen célterület keretein belül a komplex termelésirányítási rendszerhez kapcsolódó szoftvereket szerezzük be, amelynek értéke: 44.061.562 Ft. A technológiát, már tökéletesen ismeri a vállalkozás hiszen a cégnél megtalálható 4db lézervágó gép. Viszont ezek a gépek maximum 2000mm x 4000mm-es méretű alapanyagot tudnak kezelni. Ez sajnos nem elégséges arra a piacra, amire szeretnének bekerülni. A lézervágó berendezés, amit jelen projekt keretében szeretnének megvásárolni 2500mm x 8000mm es a palettája. Ez hatalmas előnyt jelent ebben a szegmensben, hiszen ezzel a géppel, és megfelelő alapanyaggal akár egyetlen darabból megoldható egy adott alkatrész. Ezzel a géppel 25 %-kal nőhet a termelékenység, ami hatalmas előnyt jelent nemcsak ebben a régióban, hanem az országban is. Az esztergagéppel is a termelékenységét szeretné növelni a cég. A forgácsolásnál azon belül is a sorozatgyártásban, a legtöbb időt a ráállás mellet, az alkatrészek ki-be pakolása jelenti. Ezt az időt nagyban lecsökkentené ez a modern esztergagép. Ez voltaképpen két gép egyben, hiszen ötvözi az eszterga és a maró gép előnyös tulajdonságait. Adaptereivel, jóformán nincs állásidő, a gyártás folyamatossá válik és ezáltal nagyon termelékeny is. A termelésünk 20%-al nőhetne a jelenlegihez képest. Ezzel a géppel létjogosultsága lenne a cégnek olyan árversenyekben, amelyeknél eddig még nem tudtak érvényesülni. Tartalmi értékelési szempontok: Vállalkozásunk rendelkezik ISO 9001:2001 Minőségirányítási rendszerrel, amelyről a tanúsítványt csatoltuk a pályázathoz. A Vállalkozás nagy növekedési potenciállal rendelkező KKV. A projekt keretében megújuló energia előállítására szolgáló végtermék gyártásához kapcsolódó beruházás is megvalósul, hiszen a beszerzésre kerülő gépekkel a vállalkozás a saját fejlesztésű AP típusú biomassza-aprítéktüzelésű kazán családját is tudja majd gyártani, az ehhez kapcsolódó dokumentációt csatoltuk a pályázati adatlaphoz. Az "AUTÓPRESS" Kft. jelen projekt keretein belül vezeti be a komplex termelésirányítási rendszert, amelynek eredményeképpen a vállalkozás rendelkezni fog a termelésből objektív módon gyűjtött adatok elemzésén és feldolgozásán alapuló, fejlett automatizáltságú intelligens termésirányítási és döntéstámogató rendszerrel.
