Instead of traditional lathes, CNC lathes and machining center, with higher precision, higher capacity. It is necessary to build the lathe and machining machine base, and to purchase forklifts for the movement of surplus products. The paint spray gives the final surface protection of the products. The compressor provides the extra air required. D, Innovative SME is our company, in the case of tender number GOP 1.3.1-12/D-2012-0007, we submitted the final report to the grantor and utilised the generated R & D & I result during the productive investment The production process has been improved as an internal production innovation, while achieving an improvement in quality. this project will also involve an investment in the production of final renewable energy products.     1: kapacitás bővülés: Elsősorban a 2892 Bányászati, építőipari gép gyártás gépgyártáshoz kapcsolódó termelési kapacitásbővítés valósul meg: Új vevőnk a Nexter (2015) és Valmet(2016) termékeinek gyártásához szükséges a beruházás. 2. Előkészítő tevékenységek: Korábban beszerzésre került több gyártó gép és a vevői igények feltérképezése megtörtént, ennek az ismeretében alakítottuk ki a megalapozott fejlesztésünk. 3 . A projekt legfontosabb lépései: célunk egy gépszerzés, amelyben nagy gyakorlatunk van. A projektet 2018.09.30-ig megvalósítjuk. 4. Szakmai standardok: a fejlesztés során az szakmai (ISO 9001, DIN) szabványokat figyelembe véve járunk el. A beszerzendő eszközök kiválasztásánál ismert szállítókat választottunk, jó szervizháttérrel. 5. a szakmai standardok megvalósulását biztosító eljárások, módszerek: A működés és megvalósítás során nagy hangsúlyt fektetünk a bevezetett minőségirányitási rendszer használatára és a vevők által megkövetelt eljárásokat követjük. 6. A technológiai beruházásokban a projekt menedzsmentnek nagy tapasztalata van, már több ilyen projektet valósított meg támogatás segítségével. 7. Újdonságtartalom, többlet érték: képesek leszünk a versenytársaknál magasabb kapacitást kínálni, rövidebb határidőket és jobb minőséget. 8. megvalósuló projektelemek bemutatása: A régi hegesztő gépek helyett -új inverteres gépek és hegesztőrobot a gyors és hatékony munka érdekében, a forgató a nagy munkadarabok mozgatását segíti, a hegesztési varratokat a röntgengép ellenőrzi. A hagyományos esztergák helyett CNC eszterga és megmunkáló központ, nagyobb pontosságot, nagyobb kapacitás mellett. Szükséges az eszterga és a megmunkáló gépalapjának építése, a többlettermékek mozgatásához targoncák beszerzése. A festékszóróval a végső felületvédelmét adjuk meg a termékeknek.
