With this development we aim to make the following productivity-enhancing investments: — Ajan PP260A + OXY Fine Ray CNC Plasma and Flame Cutting Machine, 2000 x6000 mm table size, — Two-time arc welding robot system, robot arm system controller, Fronius TPS welding power source AFI (400 Amper), automatic pistol cleaning unit, 2-station robot cell, safety gate, — arc welding robot moving on linear track system, robot arm system controller, welding equipment with necessary accessories, automatic pistol cleaning unit, 500 kg Fanuc positioning device, linear track system, Fanuc synchronous drive, Hydraulic bottom embossing machine, suitable for production of different shallow tank bottom diameters (1100-1 800 mm), machinable plate thickness: 4-8 mm, — AKYAPAK AKM 400 perefield machine, 132 mm roller spacing, 2.2 kW engine power, — Worknet production control system, 30 data recording terminals and barcode readers, barcode printer, ProxerNet software package, — SAP Business One integrated enterprise management system, 15 SAP Business One and MS SQL licenses. — Hardware for the operation of the enterprise management system, — Light-structured plant hall with 420 m² floor area, sandwich panel covering, plastic doors, 2 cranes with 2 tons load capacity, industrial floor and 2 machine-moving industrial gates, — Solar systems with 31 kW and 50 kW, installed and mounted on the roof, our Company is an innovative SME based on point 4.4.2.3.1 of the call, since the final payment claim and final report of our project GOP-1.3.1-1-11/C-2012-0909 has been approved. As part of the project, we invest in the production of final products for the production of renewable energy, because our company produces a chopper under the ROTO-GRIND brand, which is used to supply biomass power plants with shredders, and several members of our agricultural tanker family are suitable for supplying biogas power plants with raw materials, as well as for transporting and applying fermented material to agricultural land, where we have several references. Our company uses IPAR 4.0 solutions, currently operating with an integrated enterprise management system, which has a production management and production programming system. At the same time, within the framework of this project, we will introduce a new corporate governance system covering, among other things, the functional areas specified in the technical annex 10 of the call, such as production, controlling-decision support, sales and procurement logistics. A projekt keretében megújuló energia előállítására szolgáló végtermékek gyártásához kapcsolódó beruházást valósítunk meg mivel, társaságunk olyan aprítógépet gyárt ROTO-GRIND márkanéven ami biomassza erőművek aprítékkal való ellátására szolgál, valamint mezőgazdasági tartálykocsi családunk több tagja is alkalmas biogáz erőművek alapanyaggal történő ellátására, valamint a fermentált anyag szállítására és mezőgazdasági területre való kijuttatására, mely területen több referenciával rendelkezünk. Vállalatunk IPAR 4.0 megoldásokat alkalmaz, jelenleg is integrált vállalatirányítási rendszerrel működik, mely rendelkezik termelésirányítási és termelésprogramozási rendszerrel. Ugyanakkor jelen projekt keretében új vállalatirányítási rendszert fogunk bevezetni amely lefedi többek között a felhívás 10. számú szakmai mellékletében meghatározott funkcionális területeket mint gyártás, kontrolling-döntés támogatás, értékesítés, beszerzés-logisztika.
