The goal of the development is to purchase plastic parts manufacturing and inspection workstations that allow for sensory quality control integrated into the process. Advantages of high performance DL A5 650 plastic component manufacturing and inspection workstation: It can create 650 t closing force, two metal sheets, compact design, DL A5 represents the latest technical technology, high energy efficiency in servo hydraulics, fastening unit: the new compressor plate can achieve optimal weight distribution and at least distortion, injection unit: the exact quantity injected is controlled by closed loop control, hydraulic unit: improved response time, higher productivity, low consumption of hydraulic oil, integrated advanced robotics (ES1400II), advanced control system (STEC-NC2), advanced single-phase feeder chargers (VLM25), advanced dryers (D803-MT) and water cooler (AIC 50P CHILLWER). DL A5 is a product designed primarily for manufacturing with 650 workstations: steering column top cover. Advantages of TH-S220 IH 9.2, TH-S280 IH 10, TH-S350 IH 17 plastic parts manufacturing and inspection workstation: process-integrated quality control with sensors, suitable for creating a range of products of varying sizes and weights, servo pump hydraulics, reduced production time, easy maintenance. Accessories: advanced robotics (ES1000II, ES1400II), advanced control system (STEC-NC2), advanced single-phase feeders (VLM5, VLM10), advanced dryers (D800-MT, D803-MT), water cooler (AIC 20P CHILLWER, AIC 50P CHILLWER). The tools are used to machine the workstation, the new tools make the machine suitable for the production of new product circles (tile leveling system, clamping disc). Products designed to be manufactured with workstations: IP65 plastic injection moulded boxes of different sizes used in the production process of solar panels (Declaration of Intent by Korax Kft.), external parts of the outdoor tile leveling system, water nozzle (according to industrial protection contract), plastic window accessories, shower enclosure accessories, etc. The purchase of these workstations will result in an investment related to the production of the final product for the production of renewable energy, given that Korax Kft. (Mo.'s largest producer of solar panels) expressed its intention to supply special boxes to be manufactured by us. The applicant has industrial property rights (innovative SME) which he uses for the productive investment. The ABAS ERP system will be procured as part of the project. Main modules: master data, procurement, sales, CRM, material management, inventory, production and capacity planning, etc. Requirements 1 to 13 of Annex 10 of the call for proposals are met. The decision support system is able to collect and analyse data from sensors, controls and interfaces installed in the production and quality control modules of the production line in an objective way. A fejlesztés célja folyamatba integrált szenzoros minőségellenőrzést lehetővé tévő műanyag alkatrész gyártó és ellenőrző munkaállomások beszerzése. A nagy teljesítményű DL A5 650 műanyag alkatrész gyártó és ellenőrző munkaállomás előnyei: 650 t záró erőt képes létrehozni, két fémlaposak, kompakt kialakításúak, a DL A5 a legújabb műszaki technológiát képviseli, magas energiahatékonyságú a szervo hidraulika, rögzítő egység: az új nyomólemezzel optimális súlyelosztást és min. torzulást lehet elérni, befecskendező egység: a befecskendezett pontos mennyiség vezérlését zárt hurkú szabályozás biztosítja, hidraulikus egység: javított válaszidő, magasabb termelékenység, hidraulikaolaj alacsony fogyasztása, folyamatba integrált fejlett robotika (ES1400II) használata, fejlett vezérlési rendszer (STEC-NC2), korszerű egyfázisú adagoló töltők (VLM25), korszerű szárítók (D803-MT) és vízhűtő (AIC 50P CHILLWER). A DL A5 650 munkaállomással elsődlegesen gyártani tervezett termék: kormányoszlop felső borítás. A TH-S220 IH 9,2, TH-S280 IH 10, TH-S350 IH 17 műanyag alkatrész gyártó és ellenőrző munkaállomás előnyei: folyamatba integrált minőségellenőrzés szenzorokkal, változatos méretű és tömegű termékkör létrehozására alkalmas, szervo pumpás hidraulika, csökkentett gyártási idő, könnyű karbantarthatóság. Tartozékok: folyamatba integrált fejlett robotika (ES1000II, ES1400II), fejlett vezérlési rendszer (STEC-NC2), korszerű egyfázisú adagoló töltők (VLM5, VLM10), korszerű szárítók (D800-MT, D803-MT), vízhűtő (AIC 20P CHILLWER, AIC 50P CHILLWER). A szerszámok a munkaállomás felszerszámozására szolgálnak, az új szerszámok alkalmassá teszik a gépet új termékkörök (csempe szintező rendszer-talp, szorító korong) gyártására. A munkaállomásokkal gyártani tervezett termékek: IP65 védettségű különböző méretű műanyag fröccsöntött dobozok, amelyeket a napelemek gyártásakor használnak fel a gyártási folyamatban (Korax Kft. szándéknyilatkozata), kültéri burkolólap szintező rendszer külső részei, víz fúvóka (iparjogvédelmi szerződés szerint), műanyag ablak tartozékok, zuhanykabin tartozékok stb.. E munkaállomások beszerzésével a megújuló energia előállítására szolgáló végtermék gyártásához kapcsolódó beruházás valósul meg, tekintettel arra, hogy a Korax Kft. (Mo. legnagyobb napelemgyártója) kifejezte szándékát az általunk gyártandó, a napelemekbe beépülő speciális dobozok beszállítása tekintetében. Pályázó iparjogvédelmi oltalommal rendelkezik (innovatív KKV), amelyet a termelő beruházás során hasznosít. A projekt keretében beszerzésre kerül az ABAS ERP rendszer. Főbb moduljai: törzsadatok, beszerzés, értékesítés, CRM, anyaggazdálkodás, leltár, gyártás- és kapacitástervezés stb.. A pályázati felhívás 10. sz. mellékletben szereplő 1-13. követelményt a rendszer kielégíti. A döntéstámogató rendszer a gyártósor termelő- és minőségellenőrző moduljaiban elhelyezett szenzorokból, vezérlésekből, csatoló felületekről objektív módon képes adatok gyűjtésére, elemzésére.
