Sanatmetal Ltd. has nearly 5 decades of experience and has already achieved significant success in the design and manufacturing of medical devices. In the course of our completed GOP-1.3.1-11/A-2011-0002 innovation project, we have developed a joint and bone plate system. We will also manufacture these implants on the machines purchased in the framework of the project. This ensures that an older R & D GOP project will benefit from the current application. Slogan of the company: ‘Innovation at competitive prices’. Innovation is an integral part of the company’s operation and is an important basis for the company’s philosophy and quality policy. In recent years, the product range has typically expanded by around a thousand products per year, and in 2016 we also entered the market for mobile diagnostic devices with the launch of a new division. The annual reports of the Hungarian Patent Office highlight the intensive development process that has been going on for years, the number of growing patents. The innovation power of the enterprise is clearly demonstrated by the National Quality Award, the Industrial Innovation Award, the Hungarian Product Grand Prix, the most dynamically developing company award in Northern Hungary, the Hungarian Innovation Grand Prix and the Innovation Award of the Hungarian Intellectual Property Office. With this development, as a medium-sized enterprise, we have also gained the attention and cooperation of global health companies. In the course of our product development, we have been able to build a significant medical background. We are constantly working together with the medical professors of internationally recognised clinics in Hungary (SOTE, SZE, POTE, DEOEC) and international institutions, combining their idea of innovation with the expertise of Sanatmetal Kft. and the professional support of technical universities and other institutes. The company invests a significant resource in the creation and protection of intellectual property. In the electronic register of the Hungarian Intellectual Property Office, a total of 39 different patents/patent applications/use design protections/public patent applications/national trademark/design designs are available under the name of Sanatmetal Kft. In addition, there have been 5 patent applications in the last 2 years, which have not yet been published and are therefore not available in the database. These facts also demonstrate the focus of innovation in entrepreneurship. INDUSTRY 4.0: The company has an advanced automated production management and decision support system (SAP) based on the analysis and processing of objectively collected data from production, which is complemented by the construction of the MDC (Machine Data Collection) machine management system within the framework of the project, which extracts data from the control of the equipment objectively in order to increase efficiency by detecting losses and ensuring that the production tools are used properly. A Sanatmetal Kft. közel 5 évtizedes tapasztalattal rendelkezik, és már jelentős sikereket ért el az orvosi eszközök tervezésében és gyártásban. A befejezett, lezárult GOP-1.3.1-11/A-2011-0002-es innovációs projektünk során kifejlesztettünk egy velőűrszeg és csontlemez rendszert. Ezeket az implantátumokat is gyártani fogjuk a projekt keretében beszerzett gépeken. Ezáltal biztosítva van, hogy egy régebbi K+F GOP-s projektünk hasznosul a jelenlegi pályázat során. A vállalkozás jelmondata: ”Innováció versenyáron”. Az innováció szerves része a cég működésének, és egyik fontos alapja a vállalkozás cégfilozófiájának és minőség-politikájának. A termékválaszték az utóbbi időszakban évenként jellemzően mintegy ezer termékkel bővült, illetve 2016-ban egy új divízió indításával a mobil diagnosztikai eszközök piacára is beléptünk. Az évek óta tartó intenzív fejlesztési folyamatot, a növekvő szabadalmak számát a Magyar Szabadalmi Hivatal éves jelentései név szerint kiemelik. A vállalkozás innovációs erejét a Nemzeti Minőségi Díj, az Ipari Innovációs Díj, a Magyar Termék Nagydíj, az Észak-Magyarország legdinamikusabban fejlődő vállalkozása díj, a Magyar Innovációs Nagydíj, valamit a Szellemi Tulajdon Nemzeti Hivatala innovációs díja is egyértelműen bizonyítják. Ezzel a fejlődéssel, közepes méretű vállalkozásként, kivívtuk az egészségügyi világcégek figyelmét és együttműködését is. Az eddigi termékfejlesztéseink során jelentős orvos-szakmai hátteret tudtunk kiépíteni. Folyamatosan együtt dolgozunk a világszerte elismert magyarországi klinikák (SOTE, SZE, POTE, DEOEC) és nemzetközi intézmények orvosprofesszoraival, ötvözve az innovációs elképzelésüket a Sanatmetal Kft. szakértelmével, és a műszaki egyetemek és egyéb intézetek szakmai támogatásával. A vállalkozás a szellemi termékek létrehozására, valamint azok védelmére jelentős erőforrást fordít. A Szellemi Tulajdon Nemzeti Hivatalának elektronikus nyilvántartásában összesen 39 különböző szabadalom / szabadalmi bejelentés / használati mintaoltalom / közzétett szabadalmi bejelentés / nemzeti védjegy / formatervezési minta elérhető a Sanatmetal Kft. neve alatt. Az említetteken túl az utóbbi 2 évben további 5 szabadalmi bejelentés történt, amelyek még nem közzétettek, így az adatbázisban nem elérhetőek. Ezen a tények is jól alátámasztják azt, hogy a vállalkozásnál innováció központúságát. IPAR 4.0: A vállalkozás rendelkezik termelésből objektív módon gyűjtött adatok elemzésén és feldolgozásán alapuló, fejlett automatizáltságú intelligens termelésirányítási és döntéstámogató rendszerrel (SAP), melyet a projekt keretén belül egészít ki MDC (Machine Data Collection) gépfelügyeleti rendszer kiépítésével, amely a berendezések vezérléséből objektív módon adatokat nyer ki annak érdekében, hogy veszteségek kiszűrésével, a termelési eszközök megfelelő kihasználtságának biztosításával a hatékonyság növelését lehetővé teszi.
