The demand for acacia finished products is outstanding. The current impediment to increasing emissions is the processing capacity and the technological level of processing. This investment can make significant progress in both areas. As a result of the purchase of machinery, the volume of products sold at local, national and international level is increasing, and new products are added to the product range. The Kft. In addition to its existing wood processing plant in Pócspetri, it will establish its second production unit in Somogyzsitfa, modelled on the successful shear plant. Our wood processing costs significant costs of transporting raw materials purchased from Transdanubia to Pócspetri (which also entails high environmental pressure). From acacia logs purchased in Transdanubia, we produce lumber as the main product, the by-product is used as a nurser and firewood. Some of the machines included in the tender serve this purpose. In Somogyzsitfa, we plan to employ at least 20 people for the operation of the presented technological lines. Since our products are exported to Western Europe, the delivery cost of Somogyzsitfa products is 20MFt per year cheaper than those produced in Pócspetri in the eastern part of the country. The machines put into Pócspetri by the investment serve the further development of a well-functioning wood processing plant. The length-dissolved product represents a higher quality not only in its size but also in terms of its usability, because drying before the length release and gluing from small pieces make the lumber obtained in this way not curved, not cracked and free of knots. The long-dissolved material forms the basis of boarding, which can be used to produce boards of a width that has a very wide area of use and fills a niche in the market, and our current partners also require these products from us. Description of the link to the content assessment criteria: — The acquisition of new equipment, machinery and the development of new technological systems and capacities, as referred to in point 3.1.1(a) of the call, is planned. — During the preparation, 3 indicative offers were requested for each item concerned, on the basis of which a realistic budget was drawn up. — The timetable for development has been established on the basis of experience so far, taking into account the time interval of procurement procedures. — The Ltd is considered to be a high-growth and export-oriented enterprise based on the calculation set out in point 4.4.2.3.1.(a), (b) of the Call for Proposals. — The under-represented entrepreneur applying for the grant, as more than 51 % of his shares are women-owned and one of the managers is female. In support of this, the articles of association are attached to the tender. — More than 50 % of the total cost of the project is incurred in Pócspetri, i.e. a free business zone. — The Ltd has a quality management system in accordance with the call (ISO:9001). — It was not affected by an irregularity resulting in a financial correction applying for assistance. Az akác késztermékek iránti kereslet kimagasló. A kibocsájtás növelésének jelenlegi gátja a feldolgozó kapacitás és a feldolgozás technológiai színvonala. Jelen beruházással mindkét területen jelentős előrelépés érhető el. A gépbeszerzések eredményeképpen helyi, nemzeti és nemzetközi szinten egyaránt növekszik az értékesített termékek mennyisége, új termékekkel bővül a termékkínálat. A Kft. Pócspetriben lévő meglévő fafeldolgozó üzeme mellett létrehozza második termelő egységét Somogyzsitfán, a sikeresen működő nyírségi üzem mintájára. Fafeldolgozásunkat jelentős költséggel terheli a Dunántúlon vásárolt alapanyag Pócspetribe történő szállítása (mely nagymértékű környezet terheléssel is jár). Tartalmi értékelési szempontokhoz való kapcsolódás bemutatása: - A Felhívás 3.1.1.a) pontjában szereplő új eszközök, gépek beszerzése, illetve új technológiai rendszerek és kapacitások kialakítása tervezett. - Az előkészítés során minden érintett tétel vonatkozásában 3-3 indikatív ajánlat bekérése megtörtént, mely alapján reális költségvetés készült el. - A fejlesztés ütemezése az eddigi tapasztalatok alapján került meghatározásra, figyelemmel a beszerzési eljárások időintervallumára. - A Kft nagy növekedési potenciállal rendelkező, illetve export orientált vállalkozásnak minősül a Pályázati Felhívás 4.4.2.3.1.a),b) pontjában meghatározott számítás alapján. - A támogatást igénylő alulreprezentált vállalkozó mivel részjegyeinek több mint 51%-a női tulajdonban van és az egyik ügyvezető személye is nő. Ennek alátámasztására a pályázathoz mellékelten csatoltuk a társasági szerződést. - A projekt összköltségének több mint 50%-a Pócspetriben, azaz szabad vállalkozási zónában merül fel. - A Kft rendelkezik a Felhívásnak megfelelő minőségirányítási rendszerrel (ISO:9001). - A támogatást igénylő pénzügyi korrekciót eredményezett szabálytalansággal nem érintett.
