The Motor-Classic Deposit Company carried out a research and development project within the framework of the Economic Development Operational Programme in 2012. The project is entitled “Development of IT-driven galvanic technology in the car restoration workshop of Motor-Classic Bt.” GOP-1.3.1-11/C-2012-1242. The total cost of the project was HUF 36.632.641, and the aid amount was: 23.811.216,-Ft. As part of the project, we developed an IT-driven galvanic technology innovation, which, on the one hand, made it possible to reduce the 12 working phases so far with 3-4 working phases, and, on the other hand, a complex closed technological chain was created during the renovation of the individual bodywork and decorative elements. The individual bodywork and decorative elements passed through 10-12 working phases until the chrome coating was finished, with the elements moved manually to the corresponding machining machine. The basic process of the work is grain blasting, plastic brazing, grinding, cyanide brazing, powder painting, continuous removal of oxides, electroplating, nickel plating, chromium plating. With the developed automated precision technology, we have achieved a balanced dimensional accuracy. By doing this, surface unevennesses are not performed repeatedly until the classic, the correct quality and size are achieved several times, but achieves the correct surface quality by one step. Thus, the process starting with the blasting process on the conveyor system goes to electroplating-nickeling-chromium by leaving out the steps of plastic oscillation, grinding, cyanide oscillation. With the developed innovative technology, Motor-Classic Bt.'s Tatabánya plant became one of the state-of-the-art chrome plating and plating plants in Central-Eastern Europe, which can supply not only car parts but also other sanitary products with a competitive price at competitive prices in the shortest time. Since 2013, our company has introduced a corporate governance system adapted to its own needs, which includes the following modules: customer Management, Invoicing, Parts Module, Service Module. We have a license agreement for the use of the software, a product support agreement for updating and maintenance. With the help of the system, based on barcode, the component usage and installation can be traced, the integrated module system allows the case management to check and retrieval in case of possible customer complaint. A Motor-Classic Betéti Társaság a Gazdaságfejlesztési Operatív Program keretében megvalósított egy kutatás-fejlesztési projektet 2012-ben. A projekt címe "IT vezérelt galvánüzem technológia kifejlesztése a Motor-Classic Bt. autórestauráló műhelyében" azonosító száma GOP-1.3.1-11/C-2012-1242. A projekt összköltsége 36.632.641,-Ft volt, a támogatás összege: 23.811.216,-Ft. A projekt keretében kifejlesztettünk egy olyan IT vezérelt galvánüzem-technológiai újítást, amelynek eredményeképpen egyrészt 3-4 munkafázissal csökkenthetővé vált az eddigi 12 munkafázis, másrészt komplex, zárt technológiai lánc alakult ki az egyes karosszéria és díszítő elemek felújítása során. Az egyes karosszéria és díszítőelemek a króm bevonat elkészültéig 10-12 munkafázison haladtak keresztül úgy, hogy az elemeket kézzel mozgatva helyezték át a megfelelő megmunkáló gépre. A munka alapfolyamata a szemcseszórás, plasztikus rezezés, csiszolás, cianidos rezezés, porfestés, közben folyamatos oxideltávolítás, galvanizálás, nikkelezés, krómozás. A kifejlesztett automatizált, precíziós technológiával kiegyenlített méretpontosságot értünk el. Ezzel a felületi egyenetlenségeket nem a klasszikus, a megfelelő minőség és méret eléréséig többször ismételt munkafolyamatot végzik, hanem egy lépéssel érik el a megfelelő felületminőséget. Így a szemcseszórással induló folyamat a szállítórendszeren haladva a plasztikus rezezés, csiszolás, cianidos rezezés lépéseit kihagyva egy felületképzési aktussal megy a galvanizálás-nikkelezés-krómozás felé. A kifejlesztett innovatív technológiával a Motor-Classic Bt. tatabányai üzeme lett Közép-Kelet Európa egyik legkorszerűbb krómozó-galvanizáló üzeme, amely versenyképes áron és a legrövidebb időn belül, versenyképes áron tudja biztosítani nem csak az autóalkatrészek, hanem más szanitertermékek bevonattal való ellátását. Cégünk 2013-től saját igényekre igazított vállalatirányítási rendszert vezetett be, mely a következő modulokat tartalmazza: ügyfélkezelés, számlázás, alkatrész-modul, szerviz-modul. A szoftver felhasználására licenc szerződéssel, a frissítésre, karbantartásra terméktámogatási szerződéssel rendelkezünk. A rendszer segítségével, vonalkód alapján nyomon követhető az alkatrész-felhasználás és beépítés, az integrált modulrendszer lehetővé teszi az ügyvitel számára az ellenőrzést, valamint a visszakeresés lehetőségét esetleges ügyfél-reklamáció esetén.
