With the implementation of the present investment, quality surface treatment equipment, which is essential to complete the production technology of our self-developed biomass boilers, will be procured first. Industrial washing technology: The selected EHERLE HD 940 Etronic II hot water washing machine is widely applicable, especially suitable for cleaning heavily contaminated metal parts, structures, assemblies. Industrial surface blasting: industrial blasting cabin (PROF KFKB 146.85.62.2) with compressed air granular spraying equipment (CLEMCO SCWB 2452) for the final cleaning, disinfection and derusting of surfaces before final treatment and closure of the surface. Industrial painting: Industrial painting booth (PROF KFRB 120.49.49.15) with dry-deposition substructure, painter spraying unit (WAGNER SP Puma 28-40 GM 4700 AC) for the standard surface treatment of workpiece surfaces to ensure surface protection and aesthetic appearance with appropriate thickness and layer structure. Given that both the preliminary raw material cleansing with chemical high-pressure washing, the blasting and final surface treatment with some kind of painting technology are essential in the industrial production technology, the purchase of all three technological equipment and systems is justified. The equipment uses state-of-the-art technologies currently available on the world market (included with a detailed quote) for the desired industrial purpose and purpose! It is also appropriate to carry out infrastructure development tasks involving different types of work for the installation of the installations in question (planting of blasting and painting cabins, creation of a space cover on the surface of the washing machine), service, operation (construction of electrical input, design of a utility system) and accessibility (creation of surface coverings in front of surface treatment systems). The works are well within the available budget of 25 % and without their implementation the technology is useless, but it does not serve the aims and interests of other industrial activities! We intend to use a high-efficiency Jungheinrich gas forklift to perform logistic tasks — for medium and long-term material handling. As a result of production capacity and quality development, the production value added from the overall production development will increase in the first three maintenance years (values for the first to third years) as follows: increase in the result of an activity at the operational level 9; 27; HUF 54 million, increase in employment costs HUF 7.2 million, amortisation increase: HUF 9.45-18.9 million, i.e. the total value added of production is 25.65 per year; 53.1; HUF 80.1 million from the first year of maintenance. Jelen beruházás megvalósításával elsőlegesen a saját fejlesztésű biomassza kazánjaink gyártástechnológiájának teljessé tételéhez elengedhetetlen minőségi felületkezelő berendezések kerülnek beszerzésre. Ipari mosótechnológia: A kiválasztott EHERLE HD 940 Etronic II melegvizes mosóberendezés széles körben alkalmazható, különösen alkalmas erősen szennyezett fém alkatrészek, struktúrák, részegységek tisztításához. Ipari felületi szemcseszórás: ipari szemcseszóró kabin (PROF KFKB 146.85.62.2) sűrített levegős szemcsés szórástechnikai berendezéssel (CLEMCO SCWB 2452) a felületek végső tisztítására, revétlenítésére, rozsdátlanítására a felület végleges kezelése, lezárása előtt. Ipari festés: Ipari festőfülke (PROF KFRB 120.49.49.15) szárazleválasztású alépítménnyel, festőipari szórástechnikai egységgel (WAGNER SP Puma 28-40 GM 4700 AC) a munkadarabok felületének előírásszerű felületkezelésére a megfelelő vastagságú és rétegszerkezetű felületvédelem és esztétikai megjelenés biztosítása céljából. Tekintettel arra, hogy az ipari gyártástechnológiában mind az előzetes alapanyag megtisztítás vegyszeres magasnyomású mosással, mind a szemcseszórás, mind pedig a végleges felületkezelés valamilyen festési technológiával elengedhetetlen művelet, így mindhárom technológiai berendezéscsoport és rendszer beszerzése indokolt. A berendezések a jelenleg a világpiacon beszerezhető legkorszerűbb technológiákat alkalmazzák (részletes árajánlat mellékelve) a kívánt iparági célra és rendeltetésre! Indokolt a szóban forgó létesítmények telepítéséhez (szemcseszóró és festőkabin alapozási munkái, térburkolat készítése a mosó felületén), kiszolgálásához, működtetéséhez (elektromos betáplálás kialakítása, közműrendszer kialakítása) és megközelíthetőségéhez (térburkolat kialakítása a felületkezelő rendszerek előtt) különböző munkanemeket magunkban foglaló infrastruktúra fejlesztési teendők elvégzése is. A munkálatok bőven beleférnek a rendelkezésre álló, 25 %-os költségkeretbe és megvalósításuk nélkül a technológia használhatatlan, ugyanakkor más üzemi tevékenység céljait és érdekeit nem szolgálják! A logisztikai feladatok – közép és hosszútávú anyagmozgatáshoz – ellátására egy magas hatásfokkal bíró Jungheinrich típusú gázüzemű homlokvillás targoncát kívánunk használatba állítani. A termelési kapacitás és minőségfejlesztés hatására a teljes gyártásfejlesztésből származó termelési hozzáadott érték a következők szerint bővül az első három fenntartási évben (első-harmadik év értékei): üzemi szintű tevékenység eredménybővülése 9; 27; 54 millió Ft, foglalkozatási költség növekedése 7,2 millió Ft, amortizáció bővülése: 9,45-18,9 millió Ft, azaz összességében a termelési hozzáadott érték rendre évi 25,65; 53,1; 80,1 millió Ft lesz az első fenntartási évtől kezdődően.
