The new equipment and infrastructure development to be procured in the framework of the tender is linked to the main activity of the company, the production of Explosive Materials (TEÁOR 2051'08), which can also be found in the technical annex No 1 of the call. As part of the investment, special industrial equipment will be purchased, as well as the construction of the hall necessary for the operation of the machines. As part of the project, a ruinous building with an area of 405.46 m² was built. The B5 building No. 1498/184 B5, which was affected by the development, is disused and degraded, so the investment is considered brownfield. Due to the manufacture of pyrotechnic devices, the building has to comply with strict order and fire protection standards. The 3 walls of the hall are safe, while the quarter flying wall, which makes it a tear-organised structure. The interior surfaces are antistatic and the special refractory resin is coated. Furthermore, the wiring can only run outside the building, the connectors can only be grounded and dehumidified. In order to be able to produce with tools to be procured as part of development, it is necessary that the hall in question complies with all requirements. Due to strict regulation, only special and highest quality materials can be used, so the specific cost of the investment is 190 000 HUF/m². In agreement with the recommendations in the call for proposals, 10 solar panels will be placed on the roof structure of the building constructed according to the special conditions, the total output of which is expected to be 100 kW. The green energy produced in this way ensures the supply of renewable energy to new machinery. As part of the capacity development investment, the following assets will be purchased: — Machinery for production of sparklers: sparkler manufacturer mechanical machine. — Winding machines: The fireworks cake rolls a candle and then cut it to size. — Industrial drying tunnel: A machine for drying pyrotechnic devices at the end of which the product is finished. — Pop-POP production machine: A tiny devil cartridge making machine that makes the tiny devil cartridge from a mixture of variable color silk paper, sawdust and pyrotechnics. — Presses: Fireworks are plugged, then filling and compressing. As a result of the development, the company is able to produce a product with a higher level of processing and added value, as well as to describe new segments and actors of the pyrotechnic industry, thus moving forward in the production value chain. For the implementation of the project, a team will be formed, with great expertise in the implementation of investments. A pályázat keretében beszerzendő új eszköz és infrastruktúra fejlesztést a vállalkozás főtevékenységéhez, a Robbanó anyag gyártása (TEÁOR 2051’08) kapcsolódik, amely tevékenység a felhívás 1. számú szakmai mellékletében is megtalálható. A beruházás keretében speciális iparági eszközök kerülnek beszerzésre, továbbá a gépek működéséhez szükséges csarnok kialakítása. A projekt keretében egy romos, használaton kívüli 405,46 m2 alapterületű épület került fejlesztésre. A fejlesztéssel érintett Balatonfűzfői 1498/184 hrsz-ú B5 számú épület használaton kívüli, leromlott állapotú, így a beruházást barnamezősnek minősül. A pirotechnikai eszközök gyártás miatt szigorú rend- és tűzvédelmi előírásoknak kell megfelelnie az épületnek. Az csarnok 3 fala robbanás biztosak, míg a negyed repülő fal, amely emiatt könnyszervezetes kialakítású. A belső felületek antisztatikusak, és a speciális tűzálló műgyanta bevonatúak. Továbbá a vezetékek csak az épületen kívül futhatnak, a csatlakozók csak földelt és páramentesített lehet. Annak érdekében, hogy fejlesztésben keretében beszerzendő eszközökkel termelni lehessen, szükséges, hogy az érintett csarnok minden előírásnak megfeleljen. A szigorú szabályozás miatt csak speciális és legmagasabb minőségű anyagokat lehet használni, így a beruházás fajlagos költsége 190 000 Ft/ m2. A speciális feltételek szerint kialakított épület tetőszerkezetére, a pályázati felhívásban szereplő ajánlásokkal egyetértésben, 10 db napelem kerül, melyek összteljesítménye várhatóan 100 kW lesz. Az így megtermelt zöld energia az új gépek megújuló energiával történő ellátását biztosítja. A kapacitásfejlesztő beruházás keretében az alábbi eszközök kerülnek beszerzésre: - Csillagszóró gyártó gép: csillagszóró gyártó mechanikus gép. - Tekercselő gép: A tűzijáték torta gyertyát tekercselését majd méretre vágását végzi. - Ipari szárító alagút: A pirotechnikai eszközök szárítását végző gép, mely végén elkészül a termék. - POP-POP gyártó gép: Pici ördög patron gyártó gép, mely a változtatható színű selyempapírok, a fűrészpor és a pirotechnikai elegyéből készíti el a pici ördög patront. - Présgép: Tűzijáték tortagyertya dugózását, majd töltés és tömörítését végzi. A fejlesztés eredményeként a vállalkozás magasabb feldolgozottsági szintű, és hozzáadott értékű terméket tud gyártani, továbbá a pirotechnikai ipar újabb szegmenseit és szereplőit tudja elírni, így a termelési értékláncban előrelépő vállalkozás. A projekt megvalósítására egy team alakul, mely nagy szakértelemmel rendelkezik beruházások megvalósítása terén. A csapat vezetője Baranyi Attila projekt igazgató lesz, akinek személye garancia a sikeres kivitelezésre. (Hungarian)
