In the framework of the project we plan to purchase new production equipment exclusively related to production. It is important that by purchasing the equipment, taking into account their technical parameters, a project will be carried out at the company that will introduce the use of new technologies and processes that have not been used so far into the production processes. With the help of the machines purchased in the framework of the development, we plan to produce the following products: — parts and subassemblies of various logistics, distribution and sorting equipment; — parts of machinery for the tobacco industry; — automotive components; — for wind turbines: electrical switchboards, equipment, tanks, metal structures As a result of metal structures for wind turbines, the project involves an investment in the production of final renewable energy products. Through the realisation of the project, our company advances in the production value chain, as an investment will be made by which we will produce products with a higher level of processing than we have done to date, and we will develop production technology in a way that generates added value. This is done primarily by installing a laser machine using the state of the art technology to be procured. The main advantage of the new laser machine is that while our former lasers operate with CO2, the new fiber laser machine to be procured produces the laser beam with more modern technology and diodes. The laser equipment, equipped with modern fiber technology, has significant advantages over all other lasers, especially in the field of metal processing, be it performance, efficiency, cutting quality, maintenance and operating costs. The beam moves forward on a flexible thread and does not need to be corrected once. This is why they can be easily integrated into new systems or great for renovations. Operate as a closed machine body with integrated laser aggregate: with high precision hardened wires, high acceleration values and accuracy can be achieved, the rigidity of the machine inhibits vibrations during directional changes. Integrated laser resonator and control panel reduce space requirements. The moving unit serves the optimal machining speed and accuracy, which is provided by the light and non-temperature-sensitive, laser-welded cross holder required to pick up and adjust the cutting head on a roller and ball bearing flat line with a toy-free double-sided gear drive. The products it produces have a higher added value. The modern welding machines to be procured are excellent for welding especially thin plates, due to the modern technology, the heat intake is reduced, so there is less after-working, no welding residue, it allows faster working. A projekt keretében kizárólag gyártáshoz kapcsolódó új termelő eszközök beszerzését tervezzük. Fontos szempont, hogy az eszközök beszerzésével, figyelembe véve azok műszaki paramétereit, olyan projekt valósul meg a vállalkozásnál, amely folytán új, eddig nem alkalmazott technológiák és eljárások alkalmazása is bevezetésre kerül a termelés folyamataiba. A fejlesztés keretében beszerzett gépek segítségével az alábbi termékek előállítását tervezzük megvalósítani: - különböző logisztikai célú, elosztó és szortírozó berendezések alkatrészei és részegységei; - dohányipari gépalkatrészek; - autóipari részegységek; - szélerőművek részére: elektromos kapcsolószekrények, berendezések, tartályok, fémszerkezetek A szélerőművek számára gyártott fémszerkezetek következtében a projekt keretében megújuló energia előállítására szolgáló végtermékek gyártásához kapcsolódó beruházás valósul meg. A projekt megvalósulása által termelési értékláncban előrelép vállalkozásunk, hiszen olyan beruházás valósul meg, amely által az eddigi tevékenységünkhöz képest magasabb feldolgozottsági szintű termékeket fogunk gyártani, és termelési technológiát hozzáadott-érték növekedést eredményező módon alakítjuk ki. Ezt elsősorban a beszerzendő legkorszerűbb technológiával működő lézergép üzembe állításával valósítjuk meg. Az új lézergép legfőbb előnye, hogy míg a korábbi lézereink CO2-vel működnek, a beszerzendő új fiber lézergép modernebb technológiával, diódákkal állítja elő a lézersugarat. A modern fiber technológiával ellátott lézerberendezés a szállézernek köszönhetően, különösen a fémfeldolgozás terén rendelkezik komoly előnnyel minden más lézerrel szemben, legyen szó teljesítményről, hatékonyságról, vágásminőségről, illetve karbantartási és üzemeltetési költségről. A nyaláb egy hajlékony szálon halad előre és egyszer sem kell korrigálni. Ezért a szállézerek könnyen beépíthetők az új rendszerekbe vagy nagyszerűen felhasználhatók a felújításoknál. Zárt géptestként működik integrált lézeraggregáttal: nagy pontosságú, edzett vezetékekkel nagy gyorsulási értékek és pontosságok érhetők el, a gép merevsége gátolja a lengéseket az irányváltásoknál. Az integrált lézerrezonátor és kezelőpanel csökkenti a helyigényt. A mozgóegység az optimális megmunkálási sebességet és pontosságot szolgálja, amit a vágófej felvételéhez és beállításához szükséges könnyű és a hőmérsékletre nem érzékeny, lézerrel hegesztett kereszttartó biztosít, görgős és golyós csapágyazású síkvezetéken, játékmentes kétoldalt ható fogasléc-fogaskerék hajtással. Az általa előállított termékek magasabb hozzáadott-értéket képviselnek. A beszerzendő korszerű hegesztőgépek kiválóan alkalmasak kimondottan vékony lemezek hegesztésére, a modern technológiának köszönhetőn kisebb a hő bevitel, ezért kevesebb utómunkálatra van szükség, nincs hegesztési maradék, gyorsabb munkavégzést tesz lehetővé. A gépeknek köszönhetően a piaci igényekhez igen gyorsan alkalmazkodva precíz, minőségi megmunkálás válik lehetővé. (Hungarian)
