Novelty and added value of the asset: we will be able to offer higher quality and transparency than competitors. 8. Presentation of project elements: Assets to be procured: Liszt silos: the first element of the technological line provides a raw material for the mixing machine. Flour mixer, steam generator, steriliser, pasta manufacturer, dryer: the elements of the dough production line are essential tools for pasta production. With their help, we can start our new project. The other elements of the project are thus linked to the acquisition of the new productive asset. We need 2 pallet carriers for efficient handling of raw materials and finished products to help the manufacturing machines work with maximum capacity. Packing machine: the final production element of the products is their packaging. 9. Compliance with SMEs advancing in the production value chain: our company develops its pasta production activity as an initial investment, since such products (pre-cookable pasta) have not been produced before, this is a step forward in the production value chain and thus in increasing added value, while the most modern technology can be used for efficient production, so the added value is significant. 1: termelési kapacitás bővülés: A 1073'08 Tésztafélék gyártásához kapcsoló termelési kapacitáskialakítás valósul meg: egy komplett technológiai sort szerzünk be, anyagmozgató géppel kiegészítve. 2. Előkészítő tevékenységek: Egy olyan területen valósítunk meg fejlesztést, melyben a vezetésnek már komoly gyakorlata van, hiszen következetesen valósított meg az elmúlt években is hasonló fejlesztéseket a kapcsolt vállalkozásokban. A projekt menedzsment tagjainak jártassága tehát megfelelő. A vevői igények feltérképezése megtörtént, ennek az ismeretében alakítottuk ki a megalapozott fejlesztésünk. 3 . A projekt legfontosabb lépései: A projektet 2016.06.30-ig megvalósítjuk. 4. Szakmai standardok: a fejlesztés során az szakmai szabványok és az egyéb élelmiszeripari követelményeket figyelembe véve járunk el. 5. a szakmai standardok megvalósulását biztosító eljárások, módszerek és a szakmai színvonal biztosítása és fenntartása a projekt végrehajtása során: A működés és megvalósítás során nagy hangsúlyt fektetünk majd a bevezetésre kerülő HACCP rendszer használatára és a vevők által megkövetelt eljárásokat követjük, így a projekt eredményes megvalósítása és fenntartása problémamentes lesz. 6. A technológiai beruházásokban a projekt menedzsmentnek nagy tapasztalata van, révén már több ilyen projektet valósított meg. 7. Az eszköz újdonságtartalma, többlet értéke: képesek leszünk a versenytársaknál magasabb minőséget és átláthatóságot kínálni. 8. megvalósuló projektelemek bemutatása: A beszerzendő eszközök: Lisztsiló: a technológiai sor első eleme, alapanyagot biztosít a keverő gép irányába. Lisztkeverő, gőzfejlesztő, sterilizáló, tésztagyártó, szárító: a tésztagyártási sor elemei, a tésztagyártás elengedhetetlen eszközei. Segítségükkel tudjuk elindítani az új projektünket. Az új termelő eszköz beszerzéséhez így kapcsolódnak a projekt egyéb elemei.: 2 db raklapszállító kell az alapanyagok, késztermékek hatékony mozgatásához, amivel segítjük, hogy a gyártó gépek maximális kapacitással dolgozhassanak. Csomagológép: a termékek végső gyártási eleme azok csomagolása. 9. Termelési értékláncban előrelépő KKV-nek való megfelelés: cégünk induló beruházásként fejleszti tésztagyártási tevékenységét, mivel ilyen termékeket (előre főzhető tészta) korábban nem gyártott, ez önmagában előrelépés a termelési értékláncban és így a hozzáadott érték növelésben, mindamellett, hogy a legmodernebb technológiával hatékony gyártás valósítható meg, így jelentős a hozzáadott érték. Ráadásul ez a tészta típus az ’átlag’ tésztához képest magasabb áron értékesíthető. (Hungarian)
