In the framework of the project, the acquisition of the device is a complex group of devices that produces new products at the company. The size of the assets does not allow placement in the company’s production halls currently operating as an authorised plant, so they were looking for an external property, which is a different topographic number than the rest of the plant, but is close to the existing complex, so countless additional systems (e.g.: access) can be extended to this property, with a minimum cost, and a completely separate management of the product family ensures that a unique quality assurance system is put in place only for activities within the building, in line with any customer needs. The building is still standing, but it is an abandoned building where no economic activity has been carried out for a long time and therefore a renovation is needed to ensure compliance with strict food safety legislation. The detailed technical content of the development is, on the one hand, the renovation and compliance of the property with the relevant legal obligations on the basis of the designer’s transcript and the purchase of a complex production line capable of covering the entire production process, which produces a product that reaches a demand market. The elements of the real estate renovation are attached to the present application file in the designer’s transcript (due to contagion constraints). Due to its nature, the production line consists of several devices that can be used individually, but together they constitute the equipment suitable for the production of the finished product. The process starts with the tanks, which mix the raw materials by means of a balance in a kutter (a mixing device commonly used in the meat industry) and then transported on a tape after forming, where it is coated with a liquid coating and then cooled down. This produces a finished product that is immediately fit for consumption. The product group to be created breaks into a market that currently includes only medium-quality or extremely high-priced products, the manufacturers analysed in the previous points produce products of lower market value in different countries or have committed their capacities for years. The product to be created under the project can be sold partly through the existing reseller network, and on the other hand, buyers who are currently looking for similar products have great potential. A projekt keretében az eszköz beszerzése egy egymáshoz kapcsolódó komplex eszközcsoport, ami új termékeket gyárt a cégnél. Az eszközök mérete nem teszi lehetővé a cég jelenleg engedélyezett üzemként működő üzemcsarnokaiban az elhelyezést, ezért egy külső ingatlant kerestek, ami ugyan más helyrajzi számon van, mint az üzem többi része, viszont közel található a meglévő komplexumhoz, így számtalan kiegészítő rendszer (pl.: beléptetés) kiterjeszthető erre az ingatlanra is, minimális költséggel, illetve a termékcsalád teljesen elkülönített kezelése biztosítja azt, hogy az esetleges vevői igényekhez igazodva kizárólag az adott épületen belüli tevékenységekre egyedi minőségbiztosítási rendszer kerüljön bevezetésre. Az épület jelenleg is áll, azonban egy elhagyatott épület, ahol hosszabb ideje nem végeznek gazdasági tevékenységet, ezért felújítás szükséges, aminek köszönhetően biztosítható a szigorú élelmiszer-biztonsági jogszabályoknak való megfelelés. A fejlesztés részletes szakmai tartalma egyrészről a tervezői leirat alapján az ingatlan felújítása, illetve megfeleltetése a releváns jogszabályi kötelezettségeknek, illetve a egy komplex, a teljes termelési folyamatot lefedni képes gépsor beszerzése, amely egy olyan terméket állít elő, amely keresleti piacot ér el. Az ingatlanfelújítás elemeit a tervezői leiratban jelen pályázati anyaghoz csatoljuk (terjedelmi korlátok miatt). A gépsor a jellege miatt több, egyedileg is használható eszközből áll össze, viszont együttesen alkotják a késztermék előállítására alkalmas berendezést. A folyamat a tartályokkal indul, amelyek az alapanyagokat egy mérleg közbeiktatásával egy kutterben (a húsiparban elterjedten használt keverőberendezés) keverik, majd formázás után szalagon szállítják, ahol folyékony bevonóval bevonják, majd lehűtik. Ezzel egy késztermék kerül előállításra amely azonnal alkalmas a fogyasztásra. A létrehozásra kerülő termékcsoport egy olyan piacra tör be, amely jelenleg még csak közepes minőségű vagy rendkívül magas árú termékeket foglal magában, az előző pontokban elemzett gyártók a különböző országokban kisebb piaci értékű termékeket gyártanak, vagy évekre előre lekötötték kapacitásaikat. A projekt keretében létrehozásra kerülő terméket részint a meglévő viszonteladói hálózaton keresztül lehet értékesíteni, másrészről a jelenleg is hasonló termékeket kereső felvásárolók hatalmas lehetőségeket rejtenek magukban. A külpiacokon várhatóan német-, olasz, orosz- és arab piacra szállít a Bedeco Kft. (Hungarian)
