Basically, our company intends to carry out the purchase of 1 new production line, which involves the purchase of a wafer-making equipment line. No connection can be demonstrated in the framework of the project due to the purchase of equipment. The technology to be used is basically a closed system, one of the most modern production lines, which gives us a flexible production capability for various wafer products. The purchase of the equipment generates significant added value in terms of high efficiency, which is further enhanced by the use of modern technology. Technical data: 900-2 400 kg/hour raw material processing capacity. Buffer container, 300, 400, 500 or 600 liters, double-wall mixing element, prevents dough sedation, process control via PLC. After baking, the plates are cooled through a refrigerator in 2-3 minutes, cooling in this case is stress-free. The equipment is equipped to produce a homogeneous cream blend suitable for lubrication of wafer bases. High efficiency turbine mixing element and moving knives result in light foam cream. The mixing time is short about 6-8 minutes, which depends on the raw material, the recipe and the rheology of the finished dough. (English) | |||||||||||||||

Cégünk alapvetően 1 db új gyártósor beszerzését kívánja megvalósítani melynek keretében ostyagyártó berendezés vonal kerül beszerzésre. A projekt keretében kapcsolódás nem mutatható fel egy berendezés beszerzése okán. Az alkalmazásra kerülő technológia alapvetően zárt rendszerű az egyik legkorszerűbb termelési vonal kerül beszerzésre, mely rugalmas gyártási képességet biztosít számunkra a különféle ostyás termékek tekintetében. A berendezés beszerzésével a nagy hatékonyság kapcsán jelentős hozzáadott érték keletkezik, melyet tovább fokoz a korszerű technológia alkalmazása. Technikai adatok: 900-2400 kg/óra nyersanyag feldolgozási kapacitás. Puffer tartály, 300, 400, 500 vagy 600 liter, duplafalú keverőelemes, megelőzi a tészta szedimentációját, folyamat szabályozás PLC-n keresztül. A sütés után a lapokat egy hűtőn keresztül vezetve hűtjük le 2-3 perc alatt, a hűtés ebben az esetben stresszmentes. A berendezés felszerelt egy ostyalapok kenéséhez alkalmas homogén krémkeverék gyártása. Nagy hatásfokú turbinás keverőelem és a mozgó kések könnyű habos krémet eredményeznek. A keverési idő rövid kb 6-8 perc,mely függ a nyersanyagtól a recepttől valamint az elkészült tészta reológiájától. (Hungarian)
