During the project, the application of shift standards is of paramount importance. The tools were selected on the basis of the technical specifications shown in the quotations, which is the main backbone of the development. The technical parameters of the equipment provide the basis for the production of products in sufficient quality and quantity, so it is very important that the most up-to-date and technical parameters of the equipment be selected for the most appropriate machinery and equipment. The present developments form a complex investment, which makes the production of products even more accurate, precise and faster, thereby increasing customer satisfaction and the efficiency of the business. The product resulting from the project has an added value, which is highly processed and intended for final consumption. In creating the development concept, we took into account the work done so far and found that the company will have greater added value by colouring the product range with products that can be sold at higher prices. The added value is not only relevant for the enterprise’s economic indicators, but also has a positive impact in a number of other areas. Description of the project elements: Activity of the project: Purchase of equipment to increase manufacturing capacity, which we intend to implement in our existing facility. A bending device will be purchased. With the purchase of modern equipment, our production efficiency increases and our production capacity with the help of the equipment enables wider use. This is a very important criterion for us, since only in this way can we produce increased orders effectively. (English) | |||||||||||||||

A projekt során a műszak standardok alkalmazása kiemelten fontos. Az árajánlatokban látható műszaki specifikáció alapján kerültek kiválasztásra az eszközök, mely a fejlesztés fő gerincét adja. A berendezés műszaki paraméterei adják a termékek megfelelő minőségben és mennyiségben való gyártásához szükséges alapot, így igen fontos, hogy a legkorszerűbb és műszaki paramétereiben legmegfelelőbb gépek, berendezések kerüljenek kiválasztásra. A jelen fejlesztések egy komplex beruházást alkotnak, mely segítségével még pontosabb, precízebb, gyorsabb lesz a termékek gyártása, ezáltal nő a vevői elégedettség és a vállalkozás hatékonysága is. A projekt eredményeként előálló termék rendelkezik többlet értékkel, azok magas szinten feldolgozott, végfogyasztásra szánt termékek. A fejlesztési koncepció megalkotása során figyelembe vettük az eddig végzett munkákat és megállapítottuk, hogy a vállalkozás a termékpaletta színesítésével, magasabb áron eladható termékekkel nagyobb hozzáadott értékkel fog rendelkezni. A többletértékek nemcsak a vállalkozás gazdasági mutatószámait illetően bírnak jelentőséggel hanem számos más területen is pozitív hatást gyakorolnak. A projektelemek bemutatása: A projekt tevékenysége: Eszközbeszerzés a gyártói kapacitás növelése érdekében, melyet meglévő létesítményünkben kívánunk megvalósítani. Sor kerül egy élhajlító berendezés beszerzésére. A korszerű eszközök beszerzésével nő a gyártási hatékonyságunk és termelői kapacitásunk a berendezés segítségével szélesebb felhasználást teszünk lehetővé. Ez igen fontos kritérium a számunkra, hiszen a megnövekedett megrendeléseket csak így tudjuk hatékonyan előállítani. (Hungarian)
