Technical/professional content planned during the project Acquisition of a new production equipment related to production. The planned procurement/development under the project is considered to be an initial investment, as it results in the expansion of the capacity of -1 existing facilities -1 results in the expansion of the product range of an existing installation with products not yet manufactured in the facility. REX Gmbh’s German factory designed and built this multi-headed planer family, which can be used to plan beams and floors for wooden panels, even for the production of profiled workpieces. Exceptionally large workpieces can be designed in a single dish. In addition to the four-sided planing operations, they also provide us with a number of options. Quantifiable targets: The quantifiable result of the project is the expansion of the company’s machinery fleet by 1 new machine, the commissioning of which was expected to increase by 15 %. Based on the requirements of the call for proposals, the result of the development is to keep our statistical headcount constant, therefore to maintain the 2013 value (5 persons), our turnover should increase by at least 5 % (English) | |||||||||||||||

A projekt során tervezett műszaki/szakmai tartalom A projekt tevékenysége Gyártáshoz kapcsolódó, új termelő eszköz beszerzése. A projekt keretében tervezett beszerzés/fejlesztés induló beruházásnak minősül, mivel -1 meglévő létesítmény kapacitásának bővítését eredményezi -1 meglévő létesítmény termékkínálatának a létesítményben addig nem gyártott termékekkel történő bővítését eredményezi A projekt keretében egy Négyfejes gerendagyalu beszerzése tervezett, amivel a tetőszerkezeti faanyagok meggyalulása válik lehetővé. A jelenlegi tetőszerkezet gyártási folyamatot optimalizálja a beszerzendő gép annak érdekében, hogy a meglévő CNC ácsipari szabászgépen legyártott tetőszerkezeti elemek minősége, méretpontossága javuljon, ezáltal külföldi piacokra történő bejutás feltételei megvalósuljanak. 3 árajánlat kerül benyújtásra a pályázati dokumentáció mellékleteként, 1 külföldi és 2 hazai vállalkozás részéről. A REX Holzarbeitungs által gyártott gyalugép került kiválasztásra, hiszen a szakmai / műszaki megfelelőség mellett a legkedvezőbb értékű árajánlat, különös tekintettel arra, hogy nem terheli ÁFA. A beszerzés tárgya a Timbermaster 4/61-K típusú négyfejes gyalugép; melynek részletes műszaki tartalmát a REX Gmbh árajánlata tartalmazza. REX Gmbh német gyár tervezte és építette ezt a többfejes gyalugép családot, mely alkalmas gerendák, padlók faházelemek gyalulására esetlegesen profilos munkadarabok előállítására is. Kiemelkedően nagy munkadarabokat is meg lehet gyalulni egyetlen fogásban. A négyoldalas gyalulási műveletek mellet számos opciós lehetőséget is biztosítanak számunkra. Számszerűsíthető célértékek: A projekt számszerűsíthető eredménye a vállalkozás gépparkjának 1 új géppel való bővülése, melynek üzembe helyezésétől a megrendelések számának 15%-os növekedése elvárt. A pályázati felhívás elvárásai alapján a fejlesztés eredménye, hogy a statisztikai létszámunk állandó maradjon, ezért a 2013-as érték (5 fő) fenntartására, árbevételünk legalább 5%-kal növekedjen (Hungarian)
