Our main products: development and production of special technical clothing, for extreme weather conditions, development and production of swimming aids and life jackets (50N, 100N, 150N) for full export. Manufacture of small-scale military clothing for Hungarian customers. We aimed at purchasing more modern, more productive machines for the efficiency of the industrial production of garment, of which: 22 quick sewing machines and 5 special sewing machines. In order to increase the capacity of our heat bonding technology, the purchase of 2 pieces of heat bonding machines was also justified. A special machine is also required for double-sided label printing. One of the main activities of our company to remain on the market is its own development, which is implemented by our Product Development Department according to customer requirements. Due to today’s market conditions and technological developments, the current CAD program and the hardware associated with it are obsolete. In order to work more efficiently, we would transform the current open office structure into separate offices. Currently, so-called black radiators provide heating to the offices of the production rooms and product developers, which are outdated and inefficient equipment, and therefore the modernisation of the heating is also justified. By replacing these and a gas boiler shrub, we achieve energy savings in the mandatory project period of around 400 GJ calorific gas (~ 1 440 000 HUF net). (English) | |||||||||||||||

Cégünk fő termékei: speciális technikai ruházat fejlesztése és gyártása, extrém időjárási körülményekre, úszássegítő és mentőmellények (50N, 100N, 150N) fejlesztése és gyártása teljes mértékben exportra. Kisebb volumenű katonai ruházat gyártása magyarországi megrendelők részére. A konfekció ipari termelés hatékonyságát elősegítő korszerűbb, termelékenyebb gépek beszerzését céloztuk meg, ebből: 22 db gyorsvarrógép és 5 db speciális varrógép. Hő-ragasztási technológiánk kapacitásának bővítésére 2 db hő-ragasztógép beszerzése is indokolttá vált. A kétoldalas címkenyomtatáshoz is speciális gépre van szükség. Vállalatunk piacon maradásának egyik fő tevékenysége a saját fejlesztés, melyet a Termékfejlesztő részlegünk valósít meg a vevői elvárásoknak megfelelően. A mai piaci viszonyok és a technológia fejlődése miatt a jelenleg használt CAD program és a hozzá kapcsolódó hardver elavult. A hatékonyabb munkavégzés érdekében a jelenlegi nyitott irodai struktúrát átalakítanánk különálló irodákká. Jelenleg úgynevezett fekete sugárzók biztosítják a gyártó helyiségek és a termékfejlesztők irodáinak fűtését, melyek korszerűtlen, rossz hatásfokú berendezések, ezért a fűtéskorszerűsítése is indokolttá vált. Ezek cseréjével, illetve egy gázkazán cserével a kötelező projekt időszakban mintegy 400 GJ fűtőértékű földgáz (~ nettó 1 440 000 Ft) energia megtakarítást érünk el. (Hungarian)
