In the course of the project, the company plans to purchase 7 assets, which have the following characteristics: — Cosmo NK corpus press: With the help of two people can easily compress cabinet elements. With twin pusher accessory, it is suitable for cutting 2 sizes at the same time, and can cut through 70 mm, which means that three boards cut through normal furniture sheets at the same time. — Skipper 100L: You can work 2 workpieces simultaneously, e.g. on the right and left side of cabinets in one operation. It has 78 independent tool shafts and is extremely fast, accurate and efficient. — Tawi vaccum lifter: The raw materials are currently moved manually by 2 persons. With the help of the machine, 1 person can carry out loading faster than the current one, without any physical load. A projekt során eszközbeszerzés valósul meg, összesen 7 eszköz megvásárlását tervezi a vállalat, ezek jellemzői a következőek: - Cosmo NK korpuszprés: Segítségével két ember könnyen össze tud préselni szekrényelemeket. A gép segítésével a ragasztás tartósabb és egyenletesebb lesz. Használatával 35%-os teljesítmény növekedés érhető el. - Griggio T45 marógép: Pontosabb, termelékenyebb a kézi eszközöknél, így adott termékek gyártási idejét akár 13%-kal lehet csökkenteni. A gép segítségével az eddig vásárolt alapanyagok egy részét házon belül is el tudják készíteni, így a termelés gördülékenyebbé válhat, az előállítási költség csökken. - Rover A 1632: A berendezés segítségével lehet fúrni, marni és egyéb műveleteket is elvégezni. Az öt tengelye segítségével 3D-ben is képes marni. - Akron 1400: Az automata visszahordó asztal kezeléséhez elegendő egy személy is, illetve rendkívül gyors 18 m/perc sebességre képes. Nagy előnyt jelent a vízálló ragasztásra is képes vizes felületeknél pl. konyhapult. - Selco Sektor 450: Kompakt, jól kezelhető, nagy termelékenységű gép, az üzemeltetéséhez elegendő 1 fő. Twin pusher kiegészítővel 2 méret egyidejű vágására is alkalmas, illetve 70mm átvágására képes, ami azt jelenti, hogy egyszerre három tábla normál bútorlapot is átvág. - Skipper 100L: 2 munkadarabot tud egyszerre megmunkálni pl. szekrények jobb és bal oldalát egy műveletben. 78 egymástól független szerszámtartó tengellyel rendelkezik, illetve rendkívül gyors, pontos és hatékony. - Tawi vaccum lifter: Az alapanyagok mozgatása jelenleg manuálisan történik 2 fővel. A gép segítségével a rakodást 1 fő a jelenleginél gyorsabban végezhetné, fizikai megterhelés nélkül. Az eszközök beszerzésével a termelékenység növekedése valósulna meg, ami 30 százalékos kapacitásbeli növekedést eredményezne, a legyártott mennyiségre vonatkozóan. (Hungarian)
