There are no other supported elements in the project than the purchase of productive assets. The project management will be developed within the enterprise. Any public procurement costs shall be borne by the Project Owner. INTERVENTIONS CARRIED OUT OUTSIDE THE PROJECT AND NECESSARY TO START A PRODUCTION PROCESS: — Refurbishment of halls; — Installation of a gas tank to supply the combustion of the melting furnace; — Expansion, development and renewal of existing electricity grids; — The refurbishment of the internal road network will be carried out with its own resources. Wastes are classified according to their type and baled according to the physical characteristics of the materials, or the undesirable ingredients are separated from the valuable raw materials on a shake table combined with sorting tape. After sorting, the liquid metal obtained after melting in the fallable furnace is tapped into the three heat-holding furnaces. From here, the metal is transferred to the various moulding tools with precise manual control, where after its solidification (cooling) we receive the semi-finished products requested by the customer, which can be shipped to our customers after subsequent processing (finishing holes, finishing threads, etc.) and after inspection. Additional equipment is an essential condition for the production of a high-quality product. The requirements of our customers include chemical definitions of the exact composition of the materials. This process begins with the sorting and preparation of waste, where we can group the materials according to their components with the help of the manual spectrometer, thus reducing the cost of production, given the high prices of the alloying material. After pre-selection, we can check the composition during the melting with the installed spectroscopy, even in the liquid state of the metal, and, if necessary, change the composition of the material before it enters the shapes, thereby reducing the amount of scrap. QUALITY CONTROL: The products and components thus prepared will undergo an X-ray examination, where we examine the possible internal cracks of the finished pieces and the presence of inclusions (gas bubbles) in the material, preventing the component from being broken or prematurely broken or malfunctioned during use. If the products have undergone this check, only the exact size remains to be controlled. This process is carried out by means of a three-dimensional desktop measuring instrument, which allows checking the holes, external and internal diameters, and all the typical dimensions of the product with an accuracy of millimetres. A projektben a termelő eszközök beszerzésén kívül más támogatott elemek nem kapcsolódnak. A projekt menedzsmentje a vállalkozáson belül kerül kialakításra. Az esetlegesen felmerülő, közbeszerzési költségeket Projektgazda viseli. PROJEKTEN KÍVÜL VÉGZETT, GYÁRTÁSI FOLYAMAT BEINDÍTÁSÁHOZ SZÜKSÉGES BEAVATKOZÁSOK: - Csarnokok felújítása; - Gáztartály telepítése az olvasztókemence tüzelésének ellátásához; - Meglévő villamos energia hálózat bővítése, fejlesztése, felújítása; - Belső úthálózat felújítása saját forrásból fog megvalósulni. ALAPANYAGOK ELŐKÉSZÍTÉSE A hulladékokat fajtájuk szerint osztályozzuk, és a hatékonyabb olvasztás érdekében az anyagok fizikai jellemzőjétől függően bálázzuk, vagy egy válogatószalaggal kombinált rázóasztalon elkülönítjük a nem kívánatos összetevőket az értékes alapanyagok közül., FÉMEK ÁTOLVASZTÁSA, TERMÉK ELŐÁLLÍTÁS: A válogatást követően a buktatható kemencében történő olvasztás után kapott folyékony fémet átcsapoljuk a három hőntartó kemencébe. Innen a különböző öntőszerszámokba kerül át precíz kézi irányítással a fém, ahol megszilárdulása (kihűlése) után a megrendelő által kért félkész termékeket kapjuk, amelyek az utólagos megmunkálás (furatok elkészítése, menetek megmunkálása,stb.) és ellenőrzés után kiszállításra kerülhetnek vevőink felé. A további készülékek elengedhetetlen feltételei egy magas szintű minőségi termék előállításához. Vevőink által támasztott követelmények között szerepelnek az anyagok pontos összetételének kémiai meghatározásai. Ez a folyamat már a hulladék válogatásánál és előkészítésénél kezdődik, ahol a kézi spektrométer segítségével tudjuk az anyagokat összetevőik alapján csoportosítani, csökkentve ezzel az előállítás költségeit, tekintettel a magas ötvöző anyag árakra. Az előválogatást követően a telepített spektroszkóppal tudunk a beolvasztás közben, még a fém folyékony állapotában összetételt ellenőrizni, és adott esetben változtatni az anyag összetételén, mielőtt az a formákba kerülne, csökkentve ezzel a selejt mennyiségét. MINŐSÉGI ELLENŐRZÉS: Az így elkészült termékek, alkatrészek átesnek még egy röntgenes vizsgálaton, ahol az elkészült darabok esetleges belső repedéseit, az anyagban előforduló zárványok (gázbuborékok) jelenlétét vizsgáljuk, megelőzve az alkatrész felhasználás közbeni, vagy idő előtti törését, meghibásodását. Ha a termékek ezen az ellenőrzésen is átestek, már csak a pontos méretek kontrollálása maradt. Ezt a folyamatot egy háromdimenziós asztali mérőműszerrel végezzük, amely a furatok, külső, illetve belső átmérők, valamint a termék összes jellemző méretének ezredmilliméteres pontosságú ellenőrzését teszi lehetővé. A gyártási folyamat során a vállalkozás elektronikai és gépipari alkatrészek előállítására lesz képes. A termékek felvevő piaca elsősorban belföld. (Hungarian)
