In the framework of the current investment of Csaba-Berényi Kft, Mezőberény Gyomai út 97, hrsz.: Plans to purchase or install manufacturing equipment at its premises under 3876. The project has been fully prepared thanks to thorough preparatory work. Development and procurements have been adapted to the needs of our partners and future new customers. A Csaba-Berényi Kft jelenlegi beruházásának keretében a Mezőberény Gyomai út 97. szám, hrsz.: 3876 alatti telephelyén gyártó eszköz beszerzését, illetve üzembe helyezését tervezi. A projekt előkészítése alapos előkészítő munkáknak köszönhetően teljes körűen megtörtént. A fejlesztéseket és beszerzéseket partnereink és leendő új megrendelőink igényeihez igazítottuk. A vevői igényeknek megfelelő gyártó gépre (lézervágó) az ajánlatok rendelkezésre állnak. Szakembereink képesítése alkalmas a beszerezni kívánt gépek rendeltetésszerű üzemeltetéséhez, működtetéséhez. Társaságunk fő profilja acélszerkezetek gyártása és megmunkálása. Az utóbbi időben felmerült piaci igények és technológiai elvárások tükrében újabb beruházásról döntöttünk, mely jelentős technológiai előrelépést jelentene az ügyfélkör minőségi kiszolgálása tekintetében és új piacokra történő lépések megkönnyítésében. A projekt keretében 1 db új Mazak OPTIPLEX 3015 típusú lézervágó lézervágó gép kerül beszerzésre az alábbi műszaki paramérterrel: -Intelligens vágófej csere (2 fejjel) -Intelligens fúvóka csere (8 fúvókával) -Automatikus kalibrálási funkció -Intelligens automata fókusztávolság és mérés beállítás -Fúvókatisztító kefe -Porleválasztó előkészítés -Oldalsó légbefúvó -7,5” Mazak Nagy Pontosságú lencse (2.0Mpa) -7,5” Szervófókuszos vágófej lencse nélkül -Munkadarab bemérő rendszer -Érintkezésmentes lemezprofil követő funkció művelet ismétlő alkalmazással -Kézi lemezlefogó pofa -Vágógáz nyomás NC vezérlése -Standard Mazak festés (fehér/selyem fekete) -Mazak Nagypontosságú Fúvóka (1,2;2;3 mm) (Hungarian)
