In the course of our application, we apply for the acquisition of laser cutting equipment in order to achieve the objectives of expansion of production and to implement our innovation product development. We prefer laser cutting equipment, which is the most advanced machine with current laser technology. Compared to other laser cutting machines: 25 % faster, 50 % energy savings with fiber laser technology, 70 % cost savings in 24 hour production. It also cuts reflective materials such as aluminum, copper and brass. Modern, energy-saving, environmentally friendly/no CO2 use/table plate machining machine. The angle head version of the HPSSL Plus cutting head ensures the integration of the LCM process control system in addition to the full version option. It has been developed for use in a fully automatic high-performance flatbed system, as well as for pipe cutting systems with fiber-linked lasers up to 6 kW fiber generator power. The market share of fibre lasers in material processing applications is increasing by more than 30 % per year, as conventional CO2, lamp pumped Nd:YAG and a cost-effective alternative to wallet lasers are offered. In particular, the Supplier has a significant advantage over all other lasers in the field of metal processing. The nominal operating power of the 4 kW Supplier Laser is 18 kW, compared to 57 kW of the 4 kW CO2 laser. During the project, the added value of the product produced lies in the speed of production and the quality of the product’s raw material, the cutting surface of the plate. The first step in the implementation of the project was the preparation of the project, during which the applicant carried out a market analysis and selected the best value for money. The right place and operational force are available to complete the project. Many of the 19 employees are able to provide the appropriate technical human resources background. Project management falls into the hands of experienced professionals. (English)

    A pályázatunk során a termelésbővítési célok elérésére, innovációs termékfejlesztésünk megvalósítása céljából lézervágó berendezés beszerzésére pályázunk. Azt a lézervágó berendezést preferáljuk, amely a jelenlegi lézertechnológiával működő gépek közül a legfejlettebb. Más lézervágó gépekhez hasonlítva: 25 %-al gyorsabb, 50% energiamegtakarítás érhető el az üvegszálas lézer technológiával, 70  %-os költség megtakarítás a 24 órás termelésben. Olyan fényvisszaverő anyagokat is vág, mint aluminum, réz és sárgaréz. Modern, energiatakarékos, környezetbarát / nincs CO2 felhasználása/ táblalemez megmunkáló gép. A HPSSL Plus vágófej szögfej verziója a teljes verzió opción felül biztosítja az LCM folyamatellenőrző rendszer integrációját. Teljesen automatikus, nagy teljesítményű síkágyas rendszeren való alkalmazásra fejlesztették ki, valamint csővágó rendszerekre fiberrel kapcsolt lézerekkel, 6kW-os fiber generátor teljesítményig. A szállézerek piaci részaránya az anyagfeldolgozással összefüggő alkalmazásokban évente 30%-ot meghaladó arányban nő, minthogy a hagyományos CO2, a lámpapumpált Nd:YAG, valamint a tárcsalézerekkel szemben költségkímélő alternatívát kínálnak. A szállézer különösen a fémfeldolgozás terén rendelkezik komoly előnnyel minden más lézerrel szemben. A 4 kW-os szállézer névleges üzemi energiafelvétele 18 kW, a 4 kW-os CO2-lézer 57 kW-os energiafelvételével szemben. A projekt során az előállított termék többletértéke az előállítás gyorsaságában és a termék alapanyagának, a lemez vágásfelületének a minőségében rejlik. A projekt megvalósításának az első lépése a projekt előkészítése volt, melynek során a pályázó piacelemzést végzett, a legjobb ár-érték arányú választotta ki. A projekt megvalósításához a megfelelő hely és működtetési erőforráűs rendelkezésre áll. A 19 fő munkavállaló közül többen képesek a megfelelő műszaki humánerőforrás-hátteret biztosítani. A projektmenedzselés gyakorlott szakemberek kezébe kerül. (Hungarian)
