The company will provide the necessary conditions for the installation of the machines (electric connection, possible hydraulic constructions, etc.). There is no need to obtain licences for the start of production. Due to the technical and professional competence of the management of Unify Kft., it is absolutely certain that the most suitable machines will be purchased for the introduction of the equipment to be purchased, and that the production to be introduced will have stable, secure foreign customers in the future. The management has several years of market experience in the component manufacturing market. The components resulting from the project’s final result have the following added value: —it has higher precision and fast production time than the current parts manufactured, the acceleration of design works, high domestic professional competence, low scrap parts production. A projektet egy előzetes piaci és gyártástechnológiai felmérés, potenciális ügyfél-igény felmérés előzte meg. Ezek alapján történt a megfelelő gyártó gépek kiválasztása, gyártás-technológiai feladatok, eljárások, gyártási kapacitás bővítési lehetőségek pontosítása, meghatározása. A kapacitás bővítés során beszerezni kívánt eszközök pontos típusa: -OKUMA LB2000 EXII CNC eszterga -HE400-SR221 horizontális mérő projektor -Xsmart 310 kétoszlopos fűrészgép A hazai gépgyártó, forgalmazó cégek termékei közül azok az eszközök kerültek kiválasztásra, amelyek a magas technológiai színvonal mellett a legjobb minőséget és a legolcsóbb árszínvonalon tudják biztosítani. A megvásárolni kívánt gépek, berendezések szállítójának kiválasztásánál figyelembe vette a Unify Kft. az eszközök, gépek árát, minőségi színvonalait, a szállítók által nyújtott garanciális, szervizszolgáltatásokat, működési, fenntartási költségeket, illetve a korábban szerzett tapasztalatokat. A gépek üzembehelyezéséhez szükséges feltételeket (villamos csatlakozási lehetőség, esetleges hidraulika kiépítések stb.) a cég fogja biztosítani. A gyártás elindításához engedélyek beszerzésére nincs szükség. A Unify Kft. ügyvezetésének műszaki, szakmai kompetenciájának köszönhetően teljes mértékben biztos, hogy a beszerezni kívánt eszközök gyártásba történő bevezetéséhez a legmegfelelőbb gépek kerülnek beszerzésre, továbbá a bevezetésre kerülő gyártásnak stabil, biztos külföldi megrendelői lesznek a jövőben. Az ügyvezetés az alkatrészgyártás piacán több éves piaci tapasztalattal rendelkezik. A projekt végeredményeként létrejövő alkatrészek a következő többletértékkel rendelkeznek: -a jelenlegi legyártott alkatrészeknél nagyobb pontosság, -gyors gyártási idővel rendelkezik, -tervezési munkálatok felgyorsulása, -magas hazai szakmai kompetencia, -alacsony selejt alkatrészgyártással keletkezik. A fejlesztés teljes egésze az ágazati fókuszban részletezett 25.62 – Fémmegmunkálási tevékenységet támogatja. (Hungarian)
