As a result of the project, our production capacity is increasing, which means more work, so our turnover increases. Optimistic/conservatively, our business plan foresees a 10 % increase in turnover in the coming years, which can reach HUF 800 million in 2 years. At the same time, we can launch an activity aimed at implementing our own developments, and with the help of our engineers we can design and manufacture components that increase added value. As a result, we can take orders and jobs — mostly for export markets — that strengthen the results and competitiveness of our company. By purchasing Fluid management software, we save costs and time, automate the lubrication and maintenance processes of our various devices, which now results in potential and serious warranty and repair problems. With this system, we manage the maintenance, lubrication and oiling system of all our devices uniformly. This saves significant maintenance and shut-down time, which can be used for production. We have reached the plant size when the introduction of such a system became necessary. The acquisition of the Precitrack 3015 coordinate path xfocus 2000 Fiber laser equipment was a great motivation to purchase this software, since the operating conditions of such a management system are among the guarantee conditions of this device in order to verify and accurately record maintenance cycles. As a result of the investment, we produce a product with a higher level of processing, as we make machine parts from a semi-finished metal sheet with the tools with the help of the knowledge and know-how available to us. The biggest customers of our products are car manufacturers and machine manufacturers, with whom we try to conclude long-term contracts that ensure a secure market for us. In addition, we try to obtain the raw materials and the energy needed for production under the best possible conditions, so that we can keep our costs low, thereby increasing our investments, which generates new orders and jobs. We currently produce seat parts for Rába Parts Manufacturing Ltd., combine parts for AGRIKON KAM Kft., various Suzuki parts for Pridgeon & Clay Kft. and Csepel Autó Kft., while for BOSAL HUNGARY Kft. parts for Audi, Volvo, Mercedes, VW car lifts. This support helps our business to stabilise our growth path, create new jobs, increase our results and profitability, leading to an increase in tax payments. Thanks to the purchased equipment, we will be able to produce machine parts ourselves, create our own developed products. The 50 % grant provided by the tender decisively determines the return on the assets to be procured, since the saving of time, money and energy generated by own production is reflected in projects and works that lead to revenue growth and development. A projekt eredményeképpen növekszik gyártó kapacitásunk, amely több munkát jelent, így növekszik az árbevételünk. Optimista/konzervatív módon üzleti tervünkben 10%-os árbevétel növekedést prognosztizálunk a következő években, amely 2 év alatt elérheti az 800 millió Ft-ot. Ugyanakkor elindíthatunk egy saját fejlesztéseink megvalósítását célzó tevékenységet is, mérnökeink segítségével olyan alkatrészeket tervezhetünk és gyárthatunk, amelyek a hozzáadott értéket növelik. Ennek következtében olyan megrendeléseket és munkákat tudunk elvállalni – leginkább export piacokra – amelyek a cégünk eredményét és versenyképességét erősíti. Fluid menedzsment szoftver beszerzésével költséget és időt takarítunk meg, automatizáljuk a különböző eszközeink kenési és karbantartási folyamatait, amely most esetleges és komoly garanciális, javítási problémákat eredményez. Ezen rendszerrel egységesen kezeljük az összes eszközünk karbantartási, kenési, olajozási rendszerét. Ezzel jelentős karbantartási és leállási időt takarítunk meg, amely a termelésre fordítható. elértük azt az üzemméretet, amikor egy ilyen rendszer bevezetése szükségessé vált. Nagy motivációt jelentett ezen szoftver beszerzéséhez a Precitrack 3015 koordinátapálya XFocus 2000 Fiber lézerberendezés beszerzése, ugyanis ezen eszköz garanciális feltételei között szerepel egy ilyen menedzsment rendszer üzemeltetése a karbantartási ciklusok ellenőrzése és pontos nyilvántartása végett. A beruházás eredményeképpen magasabb feldolgozottságú termék áll elő, mivel egy félkész fémlemezből gépipari alkatrészt készítünk az eszközökkel a rendelkezésünkre álló tudás és know-how segítségével. Termékeink legnagyobb vevői autógyártók és gépipari gyártók, amelyekkel igyekszünk olyan hosszú távú szerződéseket kötni, amelyek biztosítják a biztos piacot számunkra. Mindezek mellett az alapanyagokat és a termeléshez szükséges energiát igyekszünk minél kedvezőbb feltételek mellett beszerezni, hogy a költségeinket alacsonyan tudjuk tartani, amely hatására a beruházásainkat növelhetjük, amely új megrendeléseket és munkákat generál. Jelenleg gyártunk ülésdarab alkatrészeket a Rába Alkatrészgyártó Kft. részére, kombájn alkatrészek AGRIKON KAM Kft. részére, különböző Suzuki alkatrészeket a Pridgeon & Clay Kft. és a Csepelautó Kft. részére, míg a BOSAL HUNGARY Kft. részére Audi, Volvo, Mercedes, VW autóemelő eszközök alkatrészeit. Jelen támogatás hozzásegíti a vállalkozásunkat a növekedési pályánk stabilitásához, új munkahelyek teremtéséhez, eredményünk és nyereségességünk növeléséhez, amely adófizetés növekedést eredményez. A beszerzett eszköznek köszönhetően saját magunk leszünk képesek gépipari alkatrészek gyártására, saját fejlesztésű termékek kialakítására. A pályázat által nyújtott 50% támogatás döntően meghatározza a beszerzésre kerülő eszköz megtérülését, hiszen a saját gyártás okozta idő, pénz és energia megtakarítása megvalósuló projektekben és munkákban jelenik meg, amely árbevétel növekedést és fejlődést eredményez.
